The defense attorney for an officer refusing Army orders until Barack Obama documents his eligibility to be commander in chief has hinted that the president's proof of eligibility could come up during the course of the government's prosecution of his client.
"In the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), just as you would expect, criminal defendants have the process of the court, for subpoenas and depositions under the rules that are prescribed," attorney Paul Jensen said during an interview today on the radio show of G. Gordon Liddy.
Jensen was on the program with his client, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who posted a YouTube video inviting his own court-martial because he believes military orders under an ineligible president are illegal, and then posted a letter telling Obama that it's up to him to provide the proof.
"I'm not going to say what we are going to do other than we are going to do what you would want us to do," Jensen said.
He specifically avoided broadcasting any specific defense strategy for the case that is developing against Lakin – confirming that the officer was told in writing on Monday that he now has been "flagged" by the military and charges are expected to be filed soon.

The colonel will not be seeing those documents. The trial judge advocate will present that the United States House of Rep and the U.S. Senate counted the electoral ballots. Each of which was duly accepted and submitted by each of the 50 states. The election results were certified on JAN 6 2010 and that is the end of the matter. The Military judge will not accept the need to go beyond the acceptance and certification by Congress. Nice try though.

Someone please explain again why the (2) newspaper birth announcements do not lend credibility to Obama’s American birth? I am at a loss to understand how these could be fradulent, planted or anticipatory of baby Obama’s future presidency.
This doesn't make sense. Bozo was still elected and sworn in as president. Even assuming that Bozo is ineligible to serve, that doesn't invalidate the law. His actions as president are still authoritative.
Analogy: say it turned out that a recently hired CEO of a major corporation lied on his resume and didn't meet basic requirements for the job. But, when the board of directors discover the violation, they decide to keep him in office. The CEO would still be the boss.
Given that every day reveals more corruption and incompetence, I would be surprised if he even finishes out his “first really good” term.
That being said he would have to be nominated by his party ~ seems to be a long shot to me.

Your assuming the military doesn’t want the answer, and second, it would invite an appeal in federal court to deny such a demand.
Under Section 57 of the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii (in effect in 1961), a mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by only one of Obama's parents (who could have been out of the country or whose signature could have been forged by a grandparent) or grandparents, would be enough to set up a birth record at the Department of Vital Statistics. This meager birth record would then automatically generate newspaper announcements, and also, a computer-generated COLB in 2008.
If he was born in Kenya and returned to U.S. after a few days and birth announcement provided to paper (either by mother upon return or relatives hearing of birth). I have no idea, just guessing.

The (2) newspaper birth announcements are too far downstream from the fraud, if indeed a fraud happened, of obtaining a birth certificate.
For argument sake, suppose that Barack Obama was born in Kenya during a visit there by his parents as alleged. How would they get an American birth certificate on record? Easy. Hawaii law in 1961 allowed for walk-in recording of births up to a year after birth. (because some weren’t born in hospitals). So, when the Obamas get back to Hawaii, someone walks in to the records department and registers the birth. (Here is where the fraud would have ocurred).
Then the birth certificate gets created and filed, and takes its natural course in the Vital Statistics bureau - including routinely getting reported out to newspapers.
I’m not saying that it did happen that way. Just that it is possible. The newpaper records are not proof that Obama was born in the US, just proof that there is a birth certificate on file in Hawaii - however obtained.
This is the most mis-reported story in the last year IMHO.

When I see a post that makes me angry, before I make a fool of myself with an accusation, I check out the posters past comments. Try it.
In your analogy the corporation would have to amend the company's founding documents which state that someone without X is ineligible to be CEO, and the board of directors must win a 2/3 vote of all the departments heads to change the founding documents. Obama does not have the right to be president, period. I do not consider him to be my president. He's a Communist infiltrator, and will get his due one day. I personally am 1/300 millionth president of the USA right now. He is Zero!
