More smears, no facts. Does anyone bother to support these attacks or do they just repeat them as a mantra regarding Paul? I’m very heartened that the voters are polling as wanting radical solutions. The John McCains, Bushes, Nixons and Eisenhowers have just let this country slip deeper and deeper into socialism . . . until Obama was possible.

I asked for a fact. Support. Anything other than an opinion or a smear. I personally think Buchanan and Paul are saying something very valuable. The cost of policing the world outweighs the benefits. That’s my opinion. If that’s your beef with Paul, then I think you need to think a little more about what the responsibilities of a Republic are to its citizens, including when they should get their sons (and now daughters) killed. And for how long. And for what purposes.
There was a guy who used to go to this pub down the street from me who would interrupt a conversation about baseball, football or knitting kneedles and turn it into a Ron Paulathon. He would have talked about Ron Paul until Mother Theresa had enough and backhanded him.
The next time he came in, a few people (me included) told him that the first time the word "Ron" or "Paul" came out of his mouth he was going to get punched in the teeth. That was the only way to shut him up.
