This is a news forum for expressing opinions. Feel free to comment away about Pennsylvania, California, Hawaii, or any other state you feel like. I will do likewise, and your silly admonitions won't stop me. ("Meddling"? Get a grip.)

As far as this sick scumbag Kirk is concerned, sure, go ahead and elect your own Arlen Specter if that makes you happy. Have fun stuttering and stammering when that p.o.s. (inevitably) switches parties.

And by the way:

...the fact is Kirk is going to be about the only type of Republican the moron's in this state will elect...

That is an attitude for losers.

In related news, IL Democrat Party officials are discussing how to “Torricelli” Giannoullas.

I've heard there's talk of replacing him with Rahm Emanuel.

Seriously? I really wouldn't be surprised.

Apparently, the rumor about Emanuel pushing Giannoulias aside for the senate run came from something Blago said:

MplsSteve, I’ve asked you this before and didn’t really get a clear answer.

Have you ever been on a thread about ANY other RINOs? John McCain? Lindsey Graham? Chuck Hagel? Or are my posts the only ones you ever read and obsess over?

Because if you cared to visit any of the other 453,760 or so threads about RINOs on this forum, you'd notice the “pathological hatred” many freepers post is FAR worse than anything I've ever posted about Mark Kirk.

Perhaps you can start by reading a few dozen anti-Lindsey Graham posts where they call him about 200 derogatory variations on homosexual, demand he get tarred and feathered, then shot for treason, describe all kinds of R-rated things he allegedly does with John McCain, and finish up by saying they will crawl over broken glass to vote for his Democrat opponent just to defeat him.

The level of vemon I've shown Mark Kirk doesn't remotely approach that. Indeed, in wake of the rumors that Kirk is “gay”, I've said I don't even give a damn about his sexual orientation, I'm against him on the basis of his voting record.

And the ironic thing is Mark Kirk's record is far, far, FAR worst than the records of the above mentioned RINOs that many freepers truly show “pathological hatred” for.

Call me when you bother to read the other 99.95% of anti-RINO manifestos posted on FR. After you learn to be objective, you'll notice my stuff is pretty tame in comparison. I'd be happy to copy and paste some far more incendiary screeds from other freepers if you don't believe me.

Kirk will be the new Charles Percy. I wonder if, like Percy, he will invite the head of The P-Stone Rangers to DC:

Kirk is to the left of Percy.

With all due respect, you live in Wisconsin and you're telling people in Illinois how to vote?

What FR rule prohibits me from commenting on another state thread?

ROFL!!! Coming from a voter in the state which has had Arlen "Scottish Law!" Specter as a Senator, you're hardly one to talk.

As I said, why don't you focus on cleaning up your own back yard first, quisling?

. If Eric Wallace runs, as an independent, I’ll probably vote for him.

Third parties never win, you may as well be casting your vote for Giannoulius.

I'm no fan of Mark Kirk, but that's just the reality of the hand we're dealt here in Illinois.

I’ll choose a candidate in Oct. If, according to a few polls, the race will be close, I’ll vote for Kirk, since I don’t want to help split the anti-Alexi vote, helping him win with 48%-49%. If the race won’t be close, I’ll vote for the candidate who usually agrees with me. I hope that all conservatives will vote this way. We might help more conservatives, and we won’t help any liberals win.

It looks like the difference between us is that I never voted for Arlen Specter but you apparently intend to vote for your own Arlen Specter. You’re a loser. Have a nice life.

So, your state’s senators have no bearing on what laws are passed on the entire nation?
Go play in the street, you simple piece of sh%#.
