The time for fighting the RINO’s is in the primaries. Every effort must be made to beat then during the primaries, but after the primaries, the target should be to beat the Democrat. As Bart Stupak and his so-called "blue dogs" proved, there is no such thing as a good Democrat. They are all corrupt, have no respect for the constitution, and are evil Marxists who are determined to take over every aspect of the economy of this country. Yes, we must ALL unite behind Senator Arlen Specter in the November election. It's either Specter or a far left Philly machine thug. A conservative WILL NEVER WIN in a blue state like Pennsylvania anyway. The time for defeating Senator Specter was in the primary. You not like Senator Specter's voting record, but you can't deny he is WITH US when it counts and he WILL be a dependable vote for a REPUBLICAN MAJORITY LEADER!! REPUBLICAN Arlen Specter is another vote for a REPUBLICAN majority and we NEED him in the Senator. We must also vote for REPUBLICANS Jim Jeffords and Linc Chafee, whether you like them or not, they're running with an R next to their name on the ballot and that's the ONLY thing that counts.

By the way, even John McCain is 20X more conservative than any of those guys and I will vote Democrat if he is the nominee. I'm in a red state and you're not so I can demand perfection from my guys. However, you guys have to elect commies. Haha.

I think most every rational, thinking Freeper living in Illinois would tell you this Kirk is ideologically less than desirable - but there is really only one vote that counts.

The reason why Pennsylvanians ended up stuck with Specter is they took the same kind of advice you're giving about Kirk and ignored the fact "Republican" Arlen Specter was just a big scumbag as the Democrat he was running against.

No, I am voting third party since the two main choices on the ballot are both socialists. I will not help either socialist increase their vote tally. Both will make horrible Senators and be a loyal ally for Obama. The only major difference between them is Alexi will admit he's an Obama loving socialist. Kirk will lie and claim to be a "fiscal conservative" and "independent", then turn around and do the Democrat's bidding on every major issue.
