Every state that I know of says if you are behind the wheel and the keys are in the ignition ( whether the motor is on or not) you are then considered to be driving, hence the DUI.
If she was sleeoing in her car (ie passed out) then it probably would have been public intoxication

Sheesh, calm down. I’m sure the percentage of less than perfect cops is about the same as other professions.

She wasn't asleep. She was just sitting there in the driveway. Fortunately she did not drive but the keys where in the ignition. I wish she would have just come back in the house but she didn't so paid the price. She only lives about four houses down and could have walked home. She does now.

The keys were in the ignition, so according to the police she could have driven. The cops had GUNS so they COULD HAVE shot her!
She also had the ability to be a prostitute. Why wasn't SHE arrested for THAT as well?
SOMEbody needs to get SUED!

Maybe he was just following the Kirtland Temple method of getting likkered up before he began blessing his friends and cursing his enemies.
