This is a government unlike anything those of us who have been around a long time and have long memories has ever seen.
You may recall that when the Bush administration tried to foist yet another amnesty for illegal aliens, Americans came out in full force to ultimately defeat the bill. When Bush tried to pass legislation to reform Social Security he threw in the towel when it became evident that no one wanted it.
Not so today. Despite the polls that demonstrate that the vast majority of Americans are opposed to Obamacare and despite the protests taking place in Washington, D.C., as well as an avalanche of calls, emails, and faxes to members of Congress (Republicans are exempt as they stand united against it), the Obama administration and his fascist supporters in Congress are determined to pass or send something to the President for his signature.
History is replete with presidents who stumped for legislation that Americans opposed. Have we forgotten Clinton’s effort to pass healthcare “reform”? Woodrow Wilson’s failed campaign to get the U.S. to join the League of Nations comes to mind. I could cite other examples, but the point is that, when the People speak, presidents in the past have listened.
Not Obama. Not the Democrats led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

I am no constitutional expert, but I am pretty sure that Obamacare is unconstitutional in many respects, not the least its provision that authorizes the government to force you to buy insurance you don’t want.(continued)

I was told that it’s the same thing when the gov’t says you have to pay SS and Medicare ... automatically deducted from your pay ... the Left is saying it’s the same thing with this HC thing - not sure where that’s coming from ...
There are 41 VOTES in the SENATE to block this. McDemocrat, Grahmnesty, Yellow Snowe, and Floozy Collins must be take to the WOODSHED and told to STFU and VOTE NO! When Amnesty or C&T comes up Soetoro can tell the Democrats, “Look, you have already effectively lost your seats so go ahead and make your mark on History!” and get them to pass those, too.If you know you will lose in November you will take all the right now rewards offered and there will be a lot of those.

Talking about Social Security, I understand that Obama want to make buy US Bonds as a another condition to living in the USA.
Any GOP member who votes to permit any more Soetoro power grabs shall receive an ambassadorship at least. Breaking faith with the Republican Party is a valuable act and will be compensated accordingly.

By the laws of nature which invest all real powers in the people not their government, the government is in a prime position to be brought to its knees by a people no longer willing to invest in it their powers, and wealth.
This is essentially what we must now do, in our resistants, by demanding nullification and interposition to uses the States as our tool to in mass dam the Federal government which is attempting to dam us!
I don’t think the main bill can be blocked any longer. The bill that went back to the Senate is a “clean up” adjustments bill. The main POS is going to BHO’s desk tomorrow if I understand all this correctly.
