The difference today is that we have a law enforcement and criminal justice system that are FAR better armed (and infinitely better organized) than the citizenry, and whose goal is to keep order no matter what. Until that changes, I don’t see much resisting going on.

Healthcare was s single party act of tyranny over the wishes of the people. Nothing should be “normal” until they retract the act.
I agree on that point. But they aren’t doing anything.
We have “Tea Parties” which are nothing but politically correct family picnics, really.
I’ve tried to organize in my area for something a little more spirited than the lame “Tea Parties” and struggle to get even a hundred people to sign-up.
Sometimes I don’t even know why I concern myself with it all. If Americans want this sh*t who am I to get in the way of their suicide?
But I get mixed signals when they cry out against what’s happening. Then they go back to the various screens they stare at for hours, days, weeks, until the next urge to cry out hits them.
