I had the same thought.
Scalar/torsion weapon harmonics would be very susceptible to slight changes in the target mass (atmosphere, ground, etc.) as well as the medium (gravitational fields, space, and ambient radiation) through which they propagate.
Maybe the current unusual solar activity threw the HAARP gun sight off zero.
I’d have thought OThuga would have had too much fondness for Hawaii . . . unless he’s trying to destroy birth records stuff! LOL.
