It seems that the Mcbitch of the house wants an armed revolution. Do they really think that they can do anything they want and the people of this country will just stand by and do nothing? Not much of a step from riots to armed riots.
The British learned a big lesson in the 18th century about the American people. That little war started out over government without proper representation. We the people demand a constitutional government. Nothing less will be allowed.

I want to see investigations into all the shennanigans to get Democrat legislators to vote against the wishes of their constituants. I want to hear about prosecution against all those that conspired against the American people and the constitution. This is nothing short of a coup. There must be legal issues here. I want to see Democrats frog marched, or whatever you call it, out of the capital in orange jump suits.

“The fact of the matter is that there is no precedent for the House to pass a bill without a direct vote by using a budget reconciliation measure as a trigger and a means to pass ObamaCare.....

.... Nancy Pelosi’s potentially unconstitutional strategy to pass unconstitutional ObamaCare is without precedent nor justification.”

SAys it all.....

He says you can do this to pass a resolution but NOT a bill. If so, they can’t do it this way.

You missed it cause it’s misinformed commentary. That highlighted sentence is talking about the “cases” where an over-ride of a veto is being voted on.

It is not a general requirement for all legislation.

You were correct at first. The houses of Congress can set their own rules about how to pass legislation. Otherwise, voice votes would be unconstitutional, and we know those have happened since the beginning of time.

Also, Sen. Bunning was holding up passage of that unemployment bill by objecting to its passage by “unanimous consent.” That procedure is also common and “unconstitutional” if the highlighted text above is read out of context.

Thanks, after closer reading it’s clear that the recording of each vote applies to overriding a veto only.
