I hesitated to post this, because I really only want to make a rebuttal, not get into an argument, but:
Just a fact, I'm not shouting; Millions of Americans, including myself, volunteered or were drafted and earned a pittance of about $70 a month base pay and placed ourselves in danger to keep America free of the very thing that has now begun to crush us. And of course, the above does not even constitute a speck of the ultimate sacrifice made by others; as embodied by: "All Gave Some, Some Gave All"
I was always happy to see or hear the phrase, "Freedom Isn't Free!". It meant people understood.
