In America, the government gives them lawyers, full rights of native-born America citizens, calls them criminals, helps them into AWD act compliant courtrooms, gives them three square halal meals a day, korans, a cell with East marked, access to terrorist imams, a translator, etc. If they are found guilty they stand an equal chance of doing jail time (with the opportunities for pardons, commutations, 20 different early release programs) or simple repatriation with their jihad country.
Russia - still knows what balls are and how to get the job done. America - completely infiltrated and on the way out.

Sure, there’s a lot of stinky stuff going on with Obama and the rest of the left, but I think our stack of dead terrorists is much larger than the Russian’s.
