Suspected gunman's Internet writings show resentment of U.S., suspicions over 9/11 attacks
Washington Post ^ | March 5, 2010 | MATT APUZZO and DEVLIN BARRETT

Resentment of the U.S. government and suspicions over the 9/11 attacks have surfaced in writings by the Californian identified as the gunman who shot two Pentagon police officers before he was mortally wounded in a hail of return fire...John Patrick Bedell, 36, of Hollister, Calif., was identified as the shooter. Officials said they'd found no immediate connection to terrorism but had not ruled it out.

Signs emerged that Bedell harbored ill feelings toward the government and the armed forces, and had questioned the circumstances behind the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

In an Internet posting, a user by the name JPatrickBedell wrote that he was "determined to see that justice is served" in the death of Marine Col. James Sabow, who was found dead in the backyard of his California home in 1991. The death was ruled a suicide but the case has long been the source of theories of a cover up.

The user named JPatrickBedell wrote the Sabow case was "a step toward establishing the truth of events such as the September 11 demolitions."

That same posting railed against the government's enforcement of marijuana laws and included links to the author's 2006 court case in Orange County, Calif., for cultivating marijuana and resisting a police officer. Court records available online show the date of birth on the case mentioned by the user JPatrickBedell matches that of the John Patrick Bedell suspected in the shooting...

“Officials said they’d found no immediate connection to terrorism but had not ruled it out....”

Gee, usually the “officials” rule out terrorism within the hour.

However, apparently angry white men with anglo names are a special case for concern.

A core of lefties is having no footing in the world of reality, physics, engineering or any applied arts.

The World Trade Centers, unique buildings, had all their structural support on the outside. All those nice stainless clad vertical members. Explosives, tons of them, each in 40 pound packages per member would of had to been drilled, placed, taped. No one would see that. Further, miles of demotion cord would have to be snaked. No one would see that, or that being done. The cord would have to be joined. It would require a team of men, for weeks, or more, and that would be if it was done overtly.

Not to mention the flying jets that a hundred thousand people saw.

And supposedly, the demolition team was so expert that they could factor in a massive burning for hours, near the demolition cord and explosives.

Yeah right. As that fat, ignorant, billionaire said, “Every knows steel can’t melt”.

As the left can no longer deny reality, some will snap from their worldview crashing down.

Obama was supposed to be on their side, especially regarding 9/11. Since he is not, some will go beserk.

Ever notice that people who use all of their given names are a danger to society in some form or another?

Barrack Hussein 0bama?

John Wayne Gacy?

Hillary Rodham Clinton?

Mary Kay Letourneau?

William Jefferson Clinton?

When I was a child, my mother would use all three of my names when she really, really meant business and wanted to draw my attention to that fact.

That is why I NEVER use my middle name...

1) everyone who does is some sort of criminal lunatic threat to society

2) it is the name of an ancestor who was French

A core of lefties is having no footing in the world of reality, physics, engineering or any applied arts.

Apparently, those you accuse are not the only ones with a reality problem...

The World Trade Centers, unique buildings, had all their structural support on the outside. All those nice stainless clad vertical members.

Your statement is inaccurate and has no footing in the world of reality.

World Trade Centers 1 and 2 had 47 immense columns at their core (an 87' x 135' area at the center of each floor which housed the elevators, stairwells, restrooms, utility shafts and support spaces). These 47 core columns ran from the bedrock, below the building, all the way to the top of the building. The 59 perimeter columns, on each side, which you mentioned, carried almost all of the lateral load and only shared the gravity load with the 47 core columns.

In actuality, the things that may not have any footing in the world of reality, physics, engineering or any applied arts are the explanations for the near free-fall symmetrical collapse of World Trade Center buildings 1, 2 and 7, especially explanations that fail to mention, and factor, the core columns. Building 7, of course, was a 47 story structure, which symmetrically collapsed, at near free-fall speed, and which had not been struck by an aircraft.
