I think so. It is a federal felony, there is a first hand witness and accuser who is involved as a first-party to be approached with the offer, it's a meaningless offer without the President's direct approval and there is significant evidence of a previous incident of the same crime establishing a pattern of behavior.

If that's not a smoking gun then I need to smoke something else because I don't know what it takes to qualify as a high crime here in bizarro world anymore. ;^)

LOL! I'm with you, TigersEye. Bizarro world or not (and it certainly is), this is a high crime.

I'm not sure who's going to pursue it, though. We have no Department of "Justice".......other than the criminals, of course.

I think it depends on public pressure. If there is enough a prosecutor will be found. I think it’s time that all of the phone recordings of Blago’s conversations were made public too. Both in fairness to him and to fully inform the public.

Indeed the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) mission will shift from space exploration to Muslim diplomacy, as per the commander-in-chief’s orders. When Obama announced earlier this month that he would slash NASA’s $100 billion plan to return astronauts to the moon, he didn’t mention where some of the resources would be directed.
