This idea that Beck (or anybody else) sabotaged Medina is absurd. If you can’t answer “did the govt have anything to do with the 9/11 attacks?” you're not be fit to run for dogcatcher.

For God's sake, has anybody really looked into her platform- her background? Has this woman even been vetted?

She wants legalized drugs.

She backs gay marriage.

.

She has not spoken to her elderly parents for YEARS. They had to find out she was runing for governor of Texas by reading the newspaper!

http://www.statesman.com/news/texas-politics/medina-hailing-from-beeville-learned-political-skills-on-229907.html?srcTrk=RTR_95609 What does this say about this woman's character? And rumors are begin to surface about husband Noe's past associations.

Take a look at some of the statements she has made: "It’s a shame isn’t it, that Republicans continue to ignore Hispanics especially here in Texas?’

"Who is going to think more about Latino families? Rick Perry, Kay Bailey Hutchison or me, who has a Latino family?”

"Being married, however, to someone with a Mexican American heritage, I certainly embrace the culture.”

"I believe we too often get into race when it’s immaterial.” (Obummer, is that you?)

I don't believe for one minute Medina's propaganda about wanting to strengthen the border!

La Raza probably has her in their back pocket!

Glenn Beck has once again helped the tea-party stay in the Republican mainstreamby by weeding out dangerous fringe thinkers like Medina.

Medina is NOT representative of the Tea Party movement. She USED them- latched herself on to them. She’s a hard core Libertarian who has realized that the Libertarian Party will never win anything and that the only possible way to get herself into office is to do what Ron Paul did and wrap herself in the Republican cloak in hopes that it will fool enough of the voters enough of the time. Thank God Glen Beck outed her in time.

Retrieve your sombrero from the ring and go home Senora Medina. You're Texas toast.

Yes, definitely. If no one has a majority in March, the top two only continue in the April runoff. Happens frequently, especially with open seats or when the seat is held by the other political party.

Medina is NOT in favor of the local transportation tax. (Her staff checked the wrong box.)

A few of us have posted to you asking you to support your La Raza claims against Medina, are you just too dishonest to do that?

Was it also just my imagination that she claimed no police officers died in the twin towers on 9-11?

Are you going to defend that as a reasonable claim that a non-911 truther could or would make?

She didn’t claim that. She specifically said, trying to remember back from several years ago, that that was one of the questions “she heard”.

And in all the intervening time she never once figured out that the claim was about as credible as Rosie O’Doughnut’s claim that fire doesn't melt steel?

And ABC News Houston claims that she was “curious” about why no police officers died, not that she had merely “heard” that someone made the claim; but nice try. Some might even characterize what you attempted right there as a lie.

Medina is a truther and an idiot, but I repeat myself.

I listened to her entire interview. ABC botched it, as usual, to make it appear that it was her thinking. When clearly it is not. Of course, you’d have had to watch the press conference and not take ABC’s version as gospel.

Oh, well everyone else seems to have “botched” her question to reporters about how she was “curious” why no police officers died.

Do you have a transcript or a source that contradicts her saying that she was “curious why no police officers died”?

This was a lot more than something she ‘had heard’; this was obviously something on her mind, a somehow salient fact that she thought would show everyone how a perfectly reasonable person could think that 9-11 was a huge conspiracy, that apparently the NYPD was in on at some level.

Curiouser and Curiouser.

9-11 truther and abjectly stupid is no way to go through life.

Medina: I haven't studied a whole lot about this. I know there are people out there, and we've seen lots of Americans raising questions about all sorts of things in government. We just had some really interesting things happen with the global warming stuff.. I think there have been conservatives for years who....

Reporter: in relation to the 911 attacks you've said there have been some very good questions raised in that regard. What were you talking about?

Medina: I've seen some information on how come, I think , and I may be wrong because this was 8 or 9 years ago now, but if I believe correctly that we didn't have any loss of lives of police officers from NY City but we had a number of lives lost that were firefighters? How come the police officers got out but the firefighters didn't get out? Questions about the cleanup. I know there were questions out there. But like I said, yesterday, that's not something anybody has ever really questioned me about, it's not something I've delved deeply into, but I am aware enough of society to know that there are people that have questions."

Thanks. What was the source for that?

OK, she is using the typical journalist tactic of “people” that have questions. Truth is that after 8 or 9 years of thinking this abjectly stupid and easily checked “fact” she STILL thinks it is reasonable to bring up a blatantly false “fact” in defense of her trying to be ‘agnostic’, at best, on 9-11 trutherism.

That she ever thought that this “fact” was a valid objection to accepting that 9-11 was not a conspiracy shows just how much of an idiot she is. That eight to nine years later she still thinks that the “questions” that “people” have raised about “How come the police officers got out but the firefighters didn't get out?” are valid and reasonable “ shows how easily bamboozled she is by easily checked lies.

Do you really want someone that stupid, that lazy, that ignorant of current events, too lazy to check it, not associated with anyone intelligent enough to point out how ignorant her position is, with THAT MUCH of a tin ear for political considerations; as the Governor of Texas?

Pisser...nice to see you still supporting a Texas candidate while you live in the state of Washington...is she your daughter or your sister. She must be kin to you given your interest because as everyone knows living in the socialist shitthole that you call home you have more than you can say grace over there!

Source was her interview. Google Medina Press conference. I think it is in part 2 of 3 on youtube.

Yes, it sounds like a case of CYA for botching the answer on Beck’s program - where she notably also refrained from claiming the gov’t was involved in it.

Her best statement on the subject matter was her press release where she blamed 911 on jihadists at war with America.

Is she stupid for not knocking such softballs out of the park? Yes.

Is she as stupid as open borders queens Charlie Perry and Say DailyMushandSpin? No.

Like I said before, Rick Perry has presidential ambitions. He was being touted by Bill Kristol yesterday on Fox for that job.

So I’d like to see an end to Perry’s viability. As long as there is a runoff, there is a chance the Charlie Crist in cowboy boots can lose.

If that is the type of person you think best represents the interests of Texas then it seems your one issue trumps all other considerations. But good luck on electing the next Cynthia McKinney, but this time as Governor.

You pretend she is McKinney. Even you know that she is far, far from that. OTOH, Charlie Perry has a years long record of rank stupidity.

Pisser...why are you getting your panties is a wad over what Bill Krystal says...what the hell does he know. ....and you still haven't answered why living in the state of Washington you are so interested in politics given the socialist backwater you live in? Seems to this Texan if you are so concerned about the welfare of our country you might address some of the issues that confront the citizens of your state and how they vote, which have added immeasurably to the problems we face as a country.

And what makes you think I don’t confront the issues in my state?

And trust me, I’m just as hard on the RINOs here as I am on the ones with Presidential ambitions in Texas.

Do you listen to KLIF? Jeff Bolten was asking his Democrat listeners to vote in the Republican primary to cause a run-off. Another day, another Medina infomercial!

It's unbelievable. What has happened to KLIF? It used to be a decent radio station. Now Bolton and Wells are continual Medina commercials.
