Keep the teachers.

Keep the good teachers. The urban schools in this country are a mess. The dropout rate is over 50% in our 50 largest cities.

FYI folks-

Thanks to the fact that we’ve allowed our local School Boards to make unions the sole representative of the teachers, here’s what this will really mean:

Good teachers will get laid off. Worthless piece of sh*t “teachers” will keep their jobs.

I’ve seen this DOZENS of times.

When cuts are made, there is only ONE factor that matters when jobs are at stake - how long someone has been there. I’ll post it again:
