In which U.S. state may I smoke in a bar or a restaurant?
Alabama, Alaska, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Count your blessings if you are referring to smoking tobacco. For those of us who smoke marijuana, iut's a federal crime for to to even posess it, let alone smoke it in our own house!

The point is the STATE requires these things, not the fed. No, the point is that if the STATE DOESN'T require these things, the fedguv witholds federal highway funds (collected from gas taxes paid by residents of the STATE).
