Haiti is a huge social experiment in rationing care. In this day and age, I find it very hard to believe that there was a lack of anesthesia, lack of antibiotics, lack of vital supplies.
I don't agree with Anderson Cooper very often but in Haiti there have been many "stupid deaths".
