I don’t get how Obama and his hand-selected governors of 10 States are going to issue orders to the governors of the other 40 states? Because this sounds like the Feds trying to cloak their intended attempt to federalize the state militias and National Guards with the consensus of only 10 selected Governors?

There is only about 3,000,000 members of the US Military and
LEO’s in the US,,,
Much of the military is scattered around the world,,,
From what I've read only about 25-30% of the Military would
follow any orders to kill citizens or take away guns/etc.,,,
The very best thing for ALL to do is stock our homes with
whatever is needed to just “Fort-Up” for 2-3 months,,,

Or look at it this way. Would the New York National Guard have much trouble "keeping order" in Connecticut?
Remember when the local Chinese military(!) refused to attack in Tienanmen Square? The government sent them elsewhere and brought in units from far away places who weren't "neighbors" or family and didn't really know what was going on so they'd believe what the government told them? They attacked.
Given our enemedia control of the majority of "news"/propaganda, many of the guard troops from Pennsylvania or Illinois who will not know the citizens of Arizona or South Carolina may just believe that a bunch of armed "racists" or "terrorists" have arisen to destroy our country. Maybe they would fire on us which our own red state guard or regular military would not. Maybe.
