There are many other reasons for Zero’s undoing. If anything, I believe it will be the undoing of Reid and Pelosi. Reid is probably done. Nan will still be around, due to her loony constituency, but I doubt she remains speaker, whether they lose the majority or not. She’s polarizing and a huge liability.

As long as mainstream media propagand machine is intact and the people have their sports, reality shows, sitcoms etc., the people will be just fine. They won’t care who owns them.

I don’t see how the D’s get rid of Nancy as Speaker if they maintain the majority. OR how she would step aside. It’s not in her nature. Complicating that is that Steny Hoyer would replace her, and their personal animosity goes back to their college days. She won’t have it. The obvious solition is to make them the minority party !

I have been saying since Day One of this ‘controversy’ kick-started by Brian Lamb again, that this would INDEED be his undoing, if they barged ahead and sneakily tried to get it all passed under the radar. They will probably find a way around it, a way to spin the idea that they’re still in the early stages of “real, comprehensive HealthCare Reform”, and
“not to worry, the debate will come later”, BUT when this hit talk radio just a few days ago, I heard a NEW AND RENEWED sense of outrage I haven’t heard in many months: as though everyone just came awake all over again at suddenly realizing, courtesy of an independent party, Brian Lamb, that yes, indeed, this IS one of the countless broken promises THAT HELPED GET OBAMA ELECTED AND ARE NOW BEING CASUALLY DISMISSED AND BRUSHED ASIDE. Nancy Pelosi’s ‘response’ to the criticism, by reaffirming the Administration’s ‘transparency’, and claiming that everything’s been discussed ALREADY because of what went on in the Town Hall meetings months ago, just proves that she is literally DEMENTED. If the Dems go on blithely with this and DON’T agree to transparency on CSpan, DON’T ALLOW
the loyal opposition in as part of the debate, it will create the backlash I have been waiting for. It will engender a new round of demonstrations the size and scope of which will far exceed anything we’ve seen so far. We should be ready to act WHEN this happens.
When just one guilty participant in the Obama/Soros treason plot feels enough remorse about their treason comes forward and exposes the current plot to destroy our country, this thug Administration, Pelosi, Reid, and the rest of their cohorts in the US Congress will be impeached and thrown out in disgrace. Their names will be synonymous with treason for all time.
What will be his undoing will be him signing the Healtcare Bill. That will be his Waterloo.

Making them the minority for a long time would be my preference. However, internal party pressure works in strange ways. Just ask Newt or Delay. Nancy has a lot of enemies, Hoyer and Harmon among them. I would expect the long knives to come out if it starts looking really bad for the Dems in the late summer polls.

Yes, there could be many things that will be their undoing, but THIS is the one issue everything else ‘counts on’ to get passed into law. They’ve tied this ‘bill’ to every other fond dream for Dystopian Control, so it’s essential to get the HealthCare Trojan Horse passed.It’s a 2500 page Master Plan for Government Control of Everything, and NONE of them has read it, but a few of us have. Fortunately most of us understand on a visceral level at least,what they aim to do with this bill, precisely BECAUSE of the dishonest way it’s been presented and promoted from Day One.
We WILL rebel.
This is SO far beyond the hypocrisy of “read my lips, no new taxes”, that it’s more like “Read my lips, NO MORE COUNTRY”.
