Having lived in Memphis for about 4 years, this is very normal there. The threshhold for crime is very high due to everything being a black vs white issue, couple that with a broken public education system and you have the “new” Amerika the left wants. That is why I bailed! I was armed every where I went in that place. Crime is just accepted there and this idiot will be made a local hero there.
