I'm still a resident of the northern 'burbs and my property up there is still my primary.
I've moved but I haven't. ; )
I was in Reed’s in Walker about four weeks ago and I was buying .45 in the white boxes for less than $30/50 rounds.
They had every pistol cal. you would care about. I was shocked that they had between 20-30 cases of .380 auto for $22/50 rounds.
Did you move permanantly?
I haven't decided, however I have a good job and most likely will stay for a while.
I could retire in Minnesota however I think I will stay clear until the embarrassment of Franken is gone forever.
I still wake up in the night screaming "WHY?"!
I'm going to hang on to the property and take it as it comes.
We have 3 more years of screwed up leadership to get through.
It doesn't make for good decision making.
I'm going to wait for now.

I was sitting here a while back, posting this thread, when I heard what I hoped were some loud fireworks. Didn’t sound like fireworks, to this trained ear....
About three minutes ago, more than three cop cars, lights and sirens...sped by the house and then stopped a couple of blocks away...
Could be nothing.....

I have found .45ACP of all types at a reasonable price here.
Even Speer Gold Dot is reasonable.
I know because I forgot to reload my clips before going to the range the other day and used up almost 25 rounds.

It sounded like random shots, with the LEO’s showing up sometime later...with no additional shots fired.
