They know;and are not saying. I've seen failed missile events before,,and they don't look like that. One might see spirals, but nothing with that degree of symetry. And I've met Mr Hoagland. Smart guy, nice guy, and kooky in my opinion. This was some type of ground based missile defense test IMHO.
