“The book has already sold over a million copies! In three weeks!”

WRONG, it was over 1 million in 2 weeks. No figures have been released since then. It may hit 2 million by Christmas or even before.

I guess he wouldn’t get that either.

I don’t get why a moron like Lee Benson who apparently has very little understanding of the world around him is allowed to write newspaper articles.

It seems to me her chief claim to fame is she looks like Tina Fey.

Lee Benson needs to get with the program. He omits that Palin also "lacks gravitas", needs to "develop policy skills in managing staff" and she must somehow become adept at "handling the little stuff".

Until she wises up and heeds the advice of various experts across the country she will just have to settle for being a tremendously successful woman and remain admired by insignificant people such as Thomas Sowell, Fred Malek, Rush, and a host of others too numerous to list.

If the businesses were making a profit, they would not have to borrow money to hire people, buy inventory, or expand.

To be able to make such an authoritative statement, you must have a great deal of experience with starting up and growing businesses

FROM THE STORY:

"If Mitt were here, we'd be first in line for him, too," said Shirley.
The mention of Mitt Romney brought even more rapture to their expressions."

Pathologic RomneyBOTs.

When I was young we farmed. We paid our equipment off, paid for our seed and fertilizer ate well from what we made off the farm. We never had to borrow. We were able to do that because we did the work ourselves. other people who had businesses [grocery stores, filling stations, ect. did the essentially the same thing.

I kew several individuals who deciede to go into farming. They mortaged their farms, borrowed all the money they could, hired Mexicans to do the work while they rode around in their pickup trucks , and sia around in restaurants bragging as to who had the most money, and smoking cigars. Now the bank owns their property and they are working for wages.

Boy, no wonder this guy hates Palin and conservatives.

“Based on that evidence, I thought he [Romney] would make an excellent president of these United States.”

“In the end, in his never-ending quest to get votes and be all things to all people, he allowed Rush and Sean, those fading virulent talk-show superstars, to paint him as an arch-conservative when anyone who watched him win the governorship of Massachusetts — not to mention who watched him get along famously with Salt Lake’s liberal mayor Rocky Anderson in the Olympic years — knows he’s no conservative. He’s the absolute king of the moderates. He proved that during our Olympics, building bridges, bringing people together, working within the system, considering all positions, creating solutions.

He’d have made a great moderate president. A lot of people in Utah, and other places he’s lived and led, know that from firsthand experience. Oh well. As the Olympians put it, maybe in four more years.”
