Drill Now: Page 122 Copenhagen Climate Treaty catalyst for One World Order headed by Soros/Obama

An interpretive evaluation of the Copenhagen Climate Change Treaty Draft from the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change working group dated September 15th, 2009, Page 122, Item 17, is presented below, and should concern every citizen in the United States.

This section shows several anomalies, other than simple spelling errors. It indicates foremost, unclear yet emphatic proposals that if left unchecked will radically shift responsibility from unsuccessful countries to successful countries.

It fails to show a method of delivery, or specifics to apply any form of real action, opening the door for both gross interpretation and unjustifiable control. If this is signed it will unbolt a myriad of nebulous doors of unchecked opportunism as it is presented on the fly. The occasions will come in programs designed to be disguised as some form of empathetic humanitarian effort, but will be a ploy for the primary objective, a lucrative exchange.

A good example of this is the two billion recently borrowed from China on what is left of our credit and given to Petrobras, Brazil's nationalized oil company, to develop a deepwater infrastructure. Soros bought into it just two weeks prior with seemingly insider information, a true Soros' signature. Soon after the SEC indicated that Soros had sold a portion for an undisclosed amount. Soros would not have sold unless profit was made.

Communication between he and Obama should be considered insider trading, betrayal of public trust, but no investigation was forthcoming, nor did the mainstream media pick it up with any force or obligation for truth. Proof of their meetings before hand are registered at the Whitehouse doors.

Obama's assertions during his campaign for the US to be independent of foreign oil is now considered a fallacy, as our own infrastructure disintegrates unused. What better way to bring in change, even if alternative science remains in infancy, and without regard for the dependency and weakened stage produced, seemingly designed to further weaken America by rising unemployment and mounting debt.

The left is now considering raising the debt by another 1.8 trillion, and this money is unaccountable. The interest on this capital would be 50 billion dollars a year and further weaken the US dollar by dilution with a further hyperbole spread from the EURO, stifling free trade and growth.

“I think they got the facts wrong. There was no case of insider trading.” George Soros

The financial markets generally are unpredictable. So that one has to have different scenarios... The idea that you can actually predict what's going to happen contradicts my way of looking at the market. -George Soros

15. [Developed country Parties [shall][should] provide support to developing country Parties, particularly those specified in Articles 4.8 and 4.9 of the Convention, in order to allow developing country Parties to address issues related to social and environmental development, economic diversification, risk assessment, modelling and insurance to prevent the adverse effects of the spillover effects.] Alternative to paragraph 15:

[In the implementation of paragraphs 11 (c)11 and 11 (d)12 above (159.1 and 159.2 in FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/INF.1) , through the provision of financial resources, including for access, development and transfer of technology, at agreed full incremental costs in accordance with Article 4.3 of the Convention;

Recognizing that there are ways and means to reduce or avoid such impacts through careful and informed selection of policies and measures, to evaluate the effectiveness of existing tools, and to consider new ones, in order to assist developing country Parties in addressing these impacts.]

16. [Adverse economic and social consequences of response measures [shall][should] be addressed by proper economic, social and environmental actions, including promoting and supporting economic diversification and the development and dissemination of win-win technologies in the affected countries, paying particular attention to the needs and concerns of the poorest and most vulnerable developing country Parties.]

Alternative to paragraph 16:

[Adverse economic and social consequences of response measures shall be addressed by various means, including but not limited to promoting, supporting and enabling economic diversification, funding, insurance and the development, transfer and dissemination of win-win technologies in the affected countries, such as cleaner fossil fuel technologies, gas flaring reduction, and carbon capture and storage technologies.]

17. [[Developed [and developing] countries] [Developed and developing country Parties] [All Parties] [shall] [should]:]

(a) Compensate for damage to the LDCs’ economy and also compensate for lost opportunities, resources, lives, land and dignity, as many will become environmental refugees; (b) Africa, in the context of environmental justice, should be equitably compensated for environmental, social and economic losses arising from the implementation of response measures.

Author's Note: See above that the liberal use of the word "dignity" is a primary motivator and justification for both punishment and redistribution. As the failed welfare state will attest here in the US, emphatic unsuccessful programs destroyed pride and dignity for those on the dole for three generations, and in retrospect those failings are now incredibly evident. We as a civilization should have learned that one should supply the shovel and seed, but not the produce. The social produce will primarily be dignity and responsibility, as the opposite is abject slavery of the spirit, and voluntary servitude. Our overcrowded maximum security prisons are a case in point. But those who flounder in open housing, manage birth control by abortion, abhor and disrespect the family unit, have contempt for both the laws of God and man, and resists social integration, should be evidence of the leftist intent, enslavement of both mind and spirit. In essence, the dependent are more easily controlled. Again: The Ultra-Liberal hierarchy mindset utilizes sound scientific propaganda and coercion, while promoting and implementing entitlement programs designed so the populous' remains entirely reliant on Government for sustenance. Utilizing those same methods will inhibit a developing countries' advance, remaining on the dole until weaned. The study of sociology and psychology indicates emphatically that when something is given freely, appreciation is far less than if it were earned by some form of labor. The Liberal left designs these programs to fail for the unwitting, but is successful by design to amass a following looking for more and constant sponsorship.

Despots always come to an unpleasant end. George should study history.

We need to get a total list of the Foreign Aid we have been doling out for years - good grief, how much do the Palestinians get each year? And Egypt? and Africa?

That must be information available to us taxpayers.

I doubt many people are aware of how many billions in aid we fork over every year. Maybe if the saw the list they'd scratch their heads and ask: “What have they done with all those billions and why should we give them more?”

Let's put a bug in Beck's ear.

I couldn't get through it.

At first, I thought it was satire. When I realized it wasn't - well, I think I need an Alka Seltzer and bed.
