Lesbian awarded custody of Christian's only child

A Vermont court ordered a Christian child taken away from her mother and given to a lesbian ex-partner, setting up, according to a lawyer for the Christian family, a dispute that the U.S. Supreme Court likely will have to resolve.

Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, told WND the recent order from the Vermont judge that Lisa Miller turn over her young daughter, Isabella, to the lesbian ex-partner, Janet Jenkins, on New Year's Day is being appealed.

In the interim, a separate court hearing on the dispute is scheduled to be heard in a Virginia court during this coming week.

"We're arguing that the state of Virginia cannot enforce an out of state, Vermont, civil union because it's contrary to Virginia law," Staver said.

Ultimately, he said, the issue probably will have to be resolved by the U.S. Supreme Court, because the case is being moved along parallel tracks in both Vermont, where Jenkins lives, and Virginia, where the Millers live.

There was a similar case in Florida - maybe in the 1990s. A woman who had one or two children was married to a “man” who turned out to be a woman who had undergone some “sex-change” operations. Even though the children wanted to stay with the mother and disliked the “mutilated women,” the court forced them to go with him/her.

Bull$&@%! This perverted monster never saught custody. She can’t just say “hey I want to steal this Christian’s daughter” and get away with it. She doesn’t care about little Isabella. She wants to indoctrinate her into her political views, that homosexuality is okay. Jenkins believes that a Christian household is a “bad environment” for Isabella! She wouldn’t even go to Isabella’s Christmas plays because she was offended by the Christian atmosphere. It’s so obvious that she is only using the girl to advance the homosexual agenda.

I think we all agree that choosing the homosexual lifestyle should make one ineligible to have ANY contact at all with children. This is yet another case where sicko judges have chosen to put man's law ahead of God's law -- and the result is predictable.
