seasonal hiring in retail plus I’m sure the Census Bureau was told to speed up their hiring for 2010
They revised the numbers from the past 2 months down and November was almost 200,000 better than what private sector was reporting a week ago. Weekly jobless claims have been well above 400,000 break even point.
