Two clowns broke out of Prison, then busted into store, stole some smokes then broke back into jail...
Got to copy and paste the link, due to Tennessean's hissy fits about their stuff getting posted elsewhere.

I blame liberals. These poor disadvantaged criminals wouldn’t have been forced to escape if smoking was allowed in their prison.

Why would they want to escape when they know they will get better health care in prison than the average American is going to get in the near future?

My thoughts exactly. They no doubt like it in jail. Free food, room and board, free health-care. Jobs being tight right probably figure they’ll nurture a budding crimminal career. Heck , so far they’ve done pretty good. Snuck out of the jail and BACK in!

They get an A for ingenuity.

In 1961 a British New Wave film titled “Boys’ Night Out”, starring Peter Sellers, covered this very idea. “Being in prison” was their alibi for an armored car heist.

Let's see now. I'm not a lawyer but I'll guess they will get the following items added to their record:
Escaping from prison: misdemeanor
Burglarizing a store: misdemeanor
Exposing fellow-prisoners to second-hand smoke: felony

I'm gonna step out on a limb here and guess Newport or Kool....anything menthol.

Now this is the kind of prisoners any correctional institution would want! These guys not only slipped out, obviously unnoticed, committed a crime but put themselves Back in jail! No costing the taxpayers anymore needless expense of having to be caught and tried all over again. One has to wonder if perhaps they’ll try and parole themselves. (sarcasm)

What? No beer, no Doritos, just cigarettes?
No wonder these guys are in jail.

“Two clowns broke out of Prison, then busted into store, stole some smokes then broke back into jail... “
How does one “break back into jail” ?
I thought jail breaks were strictly a one-way street.
Is this like a Polish Burglary? Where people break into a house to deliver valuable goods?
Expiring minds want to know !!

Sure it was Peter Sellers and sure it was "Boys Night Out"... In 1962 there was "Boys Night Out" but it didn't have a prison them according to the trailer on YouTube.
