All media outlets have their slant, and RT is definitely Russia's info arm - officially. I watch Russia very closely having been there 10 times on business, know the language fairly well, etc. However, I remember RT screaming about Georgia attacking Ossetia a day or two before the Western press gave their version. In Russia, the political power structure is a bit more naked in their control. Here, the info-war is controlled by about 3 families who are bankrolled (IE part of a system) along with both the major "Parties".
On this story, (1)I don't know if anyone else reported; and, (2)just posted it for the viewer to make up his / her mind. I don't question the intelligence of the average reader on FR.
