I found it actually STUPID that Hoffman was so naive to concede the election with ALL the irregularities taking place in his strongholds alone. As a matter of fact, my thought was if this man is this easy who needs him in the house where all a conservative does is FIGHT....he laid down for the rats. Geezzz...this made me mad then now I’m even madder...if he’d not conceded the rat Owens wouldn’t have been sworn in and wouldn’t have voted for the health bill...WHEN are conservatives going to EVER learn!!!!
That is about right as the margin is probably within the percentage that they will have to recount completely. This could get very interesting.
They had problems with some machines not working and went to paper ballots. They said all night a group of precincts would not be counted until the next morning. Whoever advised Hoffman to concede doesn’t understand politics. When he received no votes in a County, they had to know something was wrong. Maybe instead of all the high profile people trying to outdo each other, one of them could have given him a campaign consultant who understood what could happen with the voting and be prepared.
Oh but they sure are in North Ogden, UT! This is the first time that they’ve EVER done it here! They had a paper out there to tell you what is acceptable. Of course, any picture (state dr.license, military, state id, student id...)is allowed as usual. If you don’t have that, you can use 2 forms of other ids, such as: soc. sec. cards., utility bills, insurance cards, etc. (as long as they are current!).
They are very picky about what they will accept in the second category. I’ve never seen them do that before! Our little city/town is fairly conservative still, and family-oriented. They’ve never had problems, that I’ve known of! Yet they just started that this year!
So let me get this straight....
So if Hoffman was sworn in by Nancy Pelosi, even though they were not certified by the state and it turns out Hoffman did not win the election. Congress will have the final say in this matter?

I didn't say it was right. I just know how Democrats operate. And with seating members, it won't be the first time that Democrats seated a Representative who got fewer votes than his Republican opponent. (See: Frank McClosky)
This sorta makes the 220 votes on Obamacare important. If Owens’ vote was illegal the count drops to 219 and we owe a LA Republican a big FU in 2010.
