Other states have laws that allow for this and so should South Carolina. If enacted into state law, and if an actual recall drive met the requirements set forth by the law, then it wouldn’t really matter what the US Senate, lindsay or Zero thought of it. A special election WOULD take place and a replacement WOULD be elected and sent to the US Senate. Any “difficulties” with the US Senate after that point would be icing on the cake.
That femme Goober has been drifting slowly to the left for some time now. I read once that he said he was ‘republican by day, democrat by night’.
Apology accepted. Now let's just hope the next headline will say, "STATE Republican Party Leaders Censure Sen. Graham." That would be breaking news of the best sort!
.
MEEEEEEEEEEEE to South Carolina ,,,,,,, GET RID OF HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe all those Tea Parties and the recent election finally kicked the sleeping elephant awake.
If so, keep kicking or the Ole pachyderm will snooze off again.
GRAMNESTY was a MAJOR CONTRIBUTING FAILURE NODE TO McPAIN’S FAILED CAMPAIGN ALONG WITH McPAIN CHOOSING A MAJOR DEMORAT STRATEGIST AS HIS CAMPAIGN MANAGER!!! THEN THE RNC PROCEEDS TO ELECT STEELE TO THE CHAIRMANSHOP!! GEEEEEEZZZ!
SC RHINO bump
I get a little (OK, a lot) POed at politicians that claim to have to find middle ground.
Take Gun control - one side is “ban all guns” the other is “no more laws”. Middle ground is moving from “:no more laws” to only a few more, and a few more, and a few more, and a few more.
Keep finding middle ground and you’re simply moving to the left at a slower pace.
He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994 so he was a back bencher when the impeachment hearing got under way.
Being involved deeply in the impeachment was a way to get noticed and get lots of press coverage.
Then there is the effect of being in Washington for an extended period of time. The longer that a politician is there the easier it seems to be for them to surrender their principles for political expediency, campaign contributions and good press.
RECALL VOTE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please try to be more understanding when talking about the Senator. He has no choice but to support the leftist agenda if he does not want those unflattering photos of him and that young boy published.

Not until 2014, and South Carolina has no provision for a recall. Someone will have to take him down in the primary in 4 1/2 years.

Great idea. You might wanna suggest that to them!
Miss Lindsey is a disgrace to the seat of the great Strom Thurmond. He loses next time around to a real conservative. SC does not like RINOs and Miss Lindsey will eventually be kicked to the curb or join the Democrats, where he has always belonged.
Kinda like a circular firing squad, isn't it?
