London, England (CNN) -- Research teams at the Danish Golf Union have discovered it takes between 100 to 1,000 years for a golf ball to decompose naturally. A startling fact when it is also estimated 300 million balls are lost or discarded in the United States alone, every year. It seems the simple plastic golf ball is increasingly becoming a major litter problem.
The scale of the dilemma was underlined recently in Scotland, where scientists -- who scoured the watery depths in a submarine hoping to discover evidence of the prehistoric Loch Ness monster -- were surprised to find hundreds of thousands of golf balls lining the bed of the loch.
It is thought tourists and locals have used the loch as an alternative driving range for many years. The footage shot by underwater robotics team SeaTrepid, can be seen below.

A limit of 5 golf balls can be purchased per year and only 1 golf ball can be purchased per month. Buyers name, address, SS#, and handicap shall be recorded at the time of purchase and be forwarded to a federal data base to catch offenders.
Each golfer shall have a GOLO card in their possession at all times, no purchases will be allowed without a GOLO card.
All golf balls shall be stored in a bank vault when not in play. Only a single golf ball shall be in your possession at one time. You loose one, you go to your bank to get another ball.

As I said, we are not at getting people killed yet but the similarities are chilling. Whereas Obama is not killing millions, he is terririzing millions by making them unemployed and weakening them. There is absolutely no job creation and that only serves to weaken the masses.
Stalin took over the country when there was only one party rule as there is in today’s Congress.
Stalin was more afraid of his people, and did everything he could to subjugate them just as Obama is doing today.
