This was a terrorist attack on America by a U.S. soldier.
In a saner country in a saner time, "Major" Hassan would be immediately tried for treason and face a firing squad.

I fear a Muslim doctor killing by stealth much more than a Muslim soldier killing by force.

I read last night on FR, that because Hussein(an admitted muslim “my muslim faith”) is the fake president, and also a usurping C-in-C, he would have the say on the military executing Hasan(bacon grease be on his name).
Who here knows if that is true? Is the C-in-C the last word on military executions? Sounds plausible to me.
If it is true, there is no way Zero will OK the execution of his muslim brother Hasan(apply bacon grease here.).
Gee, my first thought was to wonder if other muslim soldiers are connected to this conspiracy or if this act of murder and treason could inspire other muslim soldiers to commit similar acts.

have been done by female interrogators bearing...freshly cooked cookies.

If found guilty and sentenced to death the Jihadi will get the needle, just like a common criminal. I think that was, perhaps, the idea your dad had. I’ll add as a “Waterloo” the minutes he spent giving “shout outs” before he got to saying canned insincere words about the Fort Hood atrocity. Of course Hussein doesn’t consider dead infidels to be an atrocity. As he said before in an interview “my muslim faith”.

Well, because of Supreme Court rulings in the '60s, and changes drafted and implemented to the UCMJ by Reagan in '84, lethal injection is the prescribed manner of death for military executions. Also, even when a firing squad was permissible, the vast, vast majority of men executed in the military was done by hanging, with the last one being in 1961.

Hussein is one year older than I am. The rejoicing I’ll do the day his protectors give him up, and let all the dirt on him out...it will be worth the wait. If he’s exposed as a usurper, and gets the federal pen...that’s my dream come true. And everything he’s done is made null and void, all his protectors in the pen as conspirators. But that would require a justice system that works. Still it’s a great dream.
