If the Reps had abstained, it would have added pressure on the Yellow Dogs.
Sweeping destruction of our Republic.
If the Blue Dogs had any gonads, they would change parties in the morning. They knew full well there were enough votes to pass before they ever voted NO. Damn them all.
Don’t worry: we have an “empathic judge” standing by to throw this out. :)
If that actually happened, an en masse switch to GOP or independent, I would laugh until I vomited up my lungs or something.

Not an anti-abortion measure. Although, that would be a better development.
DEATH PANELS
Whatever...this is a bait and switch and we all (at least the citizens left with any marbles in their heads) know it.
You LURKERS with money.......that will be one delight we will have..........watching you squirm as your testicles are squeezed. The chickens are coming to rooooosssst in your yard too. That will be the only solace in this holy mess YOU have brought upon the nation.
