Hundreds protest health care bill at Capitol, even as passage seems likely

Washington (CNN) -- Foes of the House Democrats' health care bill rallied outside the Capitol Saturday afternoon, hours before what many of them anticipate will be a setback for their position -- approval of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's bill.

"It may pass out of the House tonight. We do realize that," Jenny Beth Martin, event organizer for the Tea Party Patriots, said. "But there is the Senate still. And we are going to leave no stone unturned and fight the government taking over our health care."

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-California, emerges from her offices Saturday on her way to the House floor.

Chanting "Kill the bill" and "Hell, no" throughout the nearly 90-minute rally, the few hundred attendees kept up their opposition despite having a much lower turnout than a similar rally held on Thursday.

More than a dozen Republican lawmakers spoke to the protesters and encouraged them to keep up the fight by speaking to wavering Democrats and their families, friends and neighbors about the legislation.

"We are here for one purpose: Kill the bill!" said Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tennessee.

Health Care Policy "America doesn't need socialized medicine. We need jobs," Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Georgia, said.

They don't care about what the American people want, and are so close to the biggest power grab in history that they can taste it.

The question remains, what will the American people do when the bill passes the House?

This &*%$#@*(&^%$#@%$)(*&^^ health-care bill is totally unconstitutional.

Forcing Americans to "buy" government run health-care "insurance" is like forcing a mechanic to buy his tools from either Snap-on, Matco or Craftsman, etc.

I haven't any health care "insurance" and I haven't any problems when I get sick or hurt. First off I don't run to the doctor every time I get a booboo or a sniffle.

I've gone to doctors and made deals. In New York all my dental work was done through Dental schools. A regular dentist wanted from $150 - $300 for some work. I called a dental school and they told me $25 but, students would be watching as the dentist did the work. Sh*t, I told the dentist for $25 they could set up bleachers and sell tickets for all I care.

The work was top notch and I never had any problems.

This socialistic bullsh*t will cost an unbelievable amount plus the work quality will drop to a third world sh*thole.

What incentive does anyone entering medical school have for bettering themselves when they're forced to work for a wage set for them by some little socialistic minion sitting in some office in the District of Criminals?

This is a sad day for these united states of America or to be more precise, the united socialist states of Amerika.

Socialist insecurity is another unconstitutional socialistic program Americans fell for.

“The question remains, what will the American people do when the bill passes the House?”

Shut down the Senate with calls, marches, faxes, protests.

Depending on SCOTUS won't work. They have become as much socialists as the executive and legislative branches of government. The only alternative is civil disobedience if it passes the Senate.

The Mayo Clinic, St. Judes, Shriners hospitals, to name a few, how soon will the gov’t declare them to be illegal and take them over or shut them down?

That would do for starters. This is an unconstitutional piece of garbage aimed at an infinitesimally small number of people and paid for by six lifetimes of labor by the real American people. Why all the debate and the bleeding heart stories of people not getting health care by democrats trying to sell the bill NOT, when they knew it was a done deal. I would like to know why they spent an entire saturday trying to snooker the public with all the debate and in the end the roar of the folks who think they have brought down the Republic, and forever cemented their place in history when cement shoes is what they really deserve.

They will shut themselves down just as soon as it is financially impossible for the doors to remain open, and the payroll to be met.

Before that happens will come the uprising, and before that the POS must get by the most dangerous group of men and women on the face of the earth, and be challenged in court.

"...will come the uprising,..."

I believe all this that is happening is happening for a reason. Government is pushing the American people to the point of forcing a revolution. Once the uprising occurs, millions of true patriotic Americans (not pseudo patriots) will be imprisoned in one of the many interment camps being built within these united states.

1). Concentration camps,
2). Why are interment camps being built?,
3). H.R. 645 and The FEMA Concentration Camps,
4). H.R. 645 National Emergency Centers Establishment Act,

Who are true patriots:

). Those who vote third party,
). Those who oppose abortion,
). Those who believe in limited government,
). Those who don't believe in a nanny state,
). Those who study the constitution for the United States,
