To this day I remain baffled and somewhat dumbstruck by the complacency of the public, the mainstream media, Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court for their willingness to dismiss challenges to President Barack Obama's (aka Barry Soetoro) natural born U.S. citizen status.
Yes, the election is over, and yes, I acknowledge that nothing likely will ever come of this, but it astounds me that we are in month nine of Obama, yet his eligibility to serve as president remains unresolved.
The majority of challenges to Obama's natural-born status revolve around the fact he has refused to release his original, long-form, vaulted birth certificate.
The only document he has made available is a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth. This abbreviated form does not indicate the hospital where Obama was born, nor does it include the name of the attending physician or midwife. There is no official signature of any kind verifying its accuracy.
The form also has a revision date of November 2001 and is computer generated, which clearly demonstrates that it is not the original document of his birth.
In addition, there is the oft-overlooked deposition from his paternal African grandmother who stated that she was present at his birth in (what is now) Kenya.

In an Auburn University classroom, they were discussing the qualifications to be President of the United States. It was pretty simple — the candidate must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age.
However, one girl in the class immediately started in on how unfair was the requirement to be a natural born citizen. In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president.
The class was taking it in and letting her rant, but everyone’s jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating, ‘What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country than one born by C-section?’
Yep, these are the same 18 year olds that just elected the new President of the United States!!?

It's not complacency so much as picking your battles. If those concerned about this are saying things like: "yes, I acknowledge that nothing likely will ever come of this" then why should limited resources resources be tapped off pursuing this when American citizens in the Congress are in the process of legislating away our rights daily?

I’m not surprised. Listen to some of the callers to talk radio shows who recount their experiences calling their representatives in Congress. A number of them have heard the line from the office staff, “I don’t care about the Constitution.” We have a legislature full of people who did not take their oath of office seriously. Our country is paying the price.

The U.S. Supreme Court? Stop right there.
SCOTUS is an appeals court. The FINAL appeals court. Its NOT a 'trial court' an does NOT hear actual cases. And it does NOT and CANNOT, sit around and say, "Hey guys lets look into this 'thing'." (whatever that 'thing' may be)Cases have to first go through a LOCAL Federal Court, that's called 'a trial'(/s). Then that verdict is appealed to the 'local appellate district' starting with a 3 judge panel, then appealed again to the 'full court' of that district. And THEN - it may go to SCOTUS and they 'might' select it to be on their docket to hear said appeal.
Cases going from Federal Trial Court to SCOTUS are rarer than rare. (like Bush v Gore)

Actually, SCOTUS has original jurisdiction of a small range of cases, usually involving suits between states I believe. I don’t have any idea if it could claim original jurisdiction in a case involving the constitutional qualifications of a POTUS.

It's similar to all that stuff written by conspiratorial theorists who say that the government CAN'T tell us that contact has been made, or else society would utterly break down -- same thing I've read that they'd never tell us if they KNEW an asteroid would hit next month or that Yellowstone will blow it's top next year -- they want to avoid panic and the total breakdown of the social order.

As I’ve said, I think that on the Birth Certificate either there is No Baby Daddy listed or if one is listed, it’s NOT 0bama Senior. I also conjecture from one of his books, that 0bama, who “chose his friends carefully,” was a member of the SDS and/or Weather Underground. And probably went to College as an Affirmative Action Foreign Student.

When one reads Judge Carter's ruling, it begins to sound like Carter was putting just enough into his release to direct the next case more accurately, that the time is almost right to expose this lying sob and have him disgraced without open riots occurring.
The exposure of SEIU and ACORN is also a factor aimed at disarming the riot potential, because those are thuggery sources the oboz would call upon to extort the society if he is credibly challenged.
Ask yourself what was the purpose of a second oath? ... It may not have been an oath of offcie rather an oath to the SCOTUS chief that he was eligible ... which would at once impeach his position as POTUS if it comes out that he is in fact not a natural born citizen. Roberts may have administered the oath of office, then taken an oath of eligibility later and that’s why there was no video or sound of the second oath released to the public.
It is indeed most remarkable that we have a man serving in the highest office of the land, born in 1961, and we have no idea what hospital this birth occurred in.
At the very least, Obama is not a "natural born citizen" within the meaning of Article II, Section 1. This would be true even if he was born in Hawaii, which is still unclear of course. And that's because his father was a British citizen. A "natural born citizen" is one born of two American citizen parents. Obama clearly doesn't qualify.
It is also clear that Obama has a profound sympathy for Muslims, so much so that he won't even acknowledge jihadist motivation of the Fort Hood massacre, which is plainly apparent to all folks who haven't completely lost all touch with reality....
