The wavering Democrats have been specifically identified by the Left for a large amount of pressure.
The following members were specifically targeted for pressure in a Kos article last night:
Arcuri, Baird, Bean, Boyd, Carney, Donnelly, Kaptor, Kucinich, McMahon, Scott Murphy, Nye
Well, we need to encourage these members as well. To keep objecting to the bill. And to vote "NO"
Please note: not all of these guys are "blue dogs." Take Kucinich for an example. His objection is that the bill doesn't go far enough.
So when you call and fax and meet and greet, make sure to look up the member's positions. For example, with Kucinich, I would never object to the bill based on a government takeover. I would mention to him that the bill will make health care MORE expensive for working families...and that in most cases, it will still be cheaper for them to opt out and pay the 2.5% extra tax. And, for those whose budgets are too stretched to pay either, do you REALLY want a provision in the bill to send them to jail as tax evaders?
In other words, use your head and find out what they are against.
But, regardless, we need to keep the pressure up: in person, on the phone, and by fax.

One new thing: let's use something else from the left. This link (from sourcewatch...admittedly a lib source) will get you the twitter names for those members who twitter. Swamp their twitters, as well. here is another list. And another one. And yet another.
I called Nye yesterday, his office said allot more are against then for the bill but Nye is still “undecided”.
Give me a break, that translates into.....he will vote for it.

Just so you all know, the lines are indeed “melting.”
I tried to place a call to a private line inside the Capitol yesterday and kept getting a busy signal. So I sent the guy a text message and asked him to wrap up his call so I could talk to him. He said his line was clear. Apparently when the switchboard is overloaded NO incoming calls can get through, even to numbers that are not being swamped. That problem kept up all day.
The funny thing is, KOS kooks think they want this to pass, so they can say they won. What they won, they will be screaming about in a year or two when they have to pay for it.
