WASHINGTON - If Democratic leaders manage to push a massive health care overhaul through the House of Representatives this weekend, they'll have to do it without one of Maryland's Democratic congressmen.
Freshman Rep. Frank Kratovil, facing one of the toughest re-election fights in the country next year, announced Friday that he opposes the measure. His stance could complicate efforts by Democratic leaders to secure approval of the legislation this weekend.

wonder why they modified it from kratochvil to kratovil? doesnt seem like much of a mod.
He voted for cap and trade - some pork project promised to him for farmers - and screwed the rest of us.
He voted for the 2nd stimulus bill too.
So, while he probably voted like the RINO he replaced, he is not representing his conservative district very well.
He beat a fine conservative, Dr Andy Harris, with the help of “absentee ballots”

Agreed, I’ll be voting against him next Nov.
