100% correct. But the official response will probably be to crank it up and recruit even more Muslims into the US military. The definition of insanity.
A sane policy would scrutinize Muslims far more than any other group before their even allowed to immigrate, and even more before being allowed to join the US armed forces.
Their belief that they should never fight against other Muslims has come up before, with some Muslims seeking advice from imams to decide if they should participate in some operations. Of course, those stories were mostly swept under the PC rug.

During the war, Hollywood turned out films extolling our war effort and painting our enemies as evil. And yes, they even used negative stereotypes of our enemies against them: who can forget the wartime-era Looney Toons lampooning the Germans and Japanese? Can one even imagine how the p.c. crowd would howl if Arabs or Muslims were lampooned in such a way in today's movies or cartoons?
If a horrific attack that resulted in 3000+ innocent people murdered in one of our biggest cities didn't wake us up to shake off the p.c. virus, I don't know what will. I'm afraid there's more Ft. Hood incidents coming our way, and the p.c. crowd will continue to wring their hands and come up with every excuse to deflect the blame from the enemy within.
