The Fort Hood shooting suspect's religion is not the point (Who saw this coming?)

Nidal Malik Hasan, the suspect in yesterday's Fort Hood shootings that killed 13 and wounded 30, identifies as a Muslim.

Much has and will be made of his religion from people too ignorant to read a Qur'an, or too isolated to talk to a Muslim, or too stubborn to educate themselves. Even the Washington Post calls him a "devout Muslim." But can a "devout Muslim" commit such acts? No more than a "devout Christian" can, no.

We are being infiltrated and don't even know it.

Thanks to the Obama Administration even reporting suspicious activity that involved a Muslim would brand you a kook, a racist or a fool.

Is Obama a Muslim? I don't know.

What I do know is that he is a terrible President. He fails to defend our Country. He fails to be color blind.
He fails to stand up for America.

Can we have a recall?

I stand corrected. She just allowed a comment by a muslim taking her line on the issue (i.e., this wasn’t about islam). Smelled like a sock puppet to me, but hey, maybe it’s real. That means she is actively screening comments. Guess opposing opinions are no longer welcome. Gee, that’s a shock. NOT.

Society? What are you another one of these conservative socialists? In which scheme which “society” do you place upon the alter of “utopia”? There are no societies worth anything ,they all were founded by sociopaths, just monkeys with baseball caps and automatic machine guns, this world for any that doubt it appears “ruled” by violence, just ask anyone in any military or take a trip to Africa if you doubt it. Just take away electricity and kapoof there goes your greatness or exceptionalism, or better yet make food scarce ala Stalin, whom here thinks our leaders love us so much that they wouldn’t feed us to the wolves if they could get away with it? That my friends maybe why the ammunition has flown off the shelves the past two years, better to be prepared than to never see it coming! Molon Labe!

HAHAHA! Didn’t take long. What a crock.

For an antidote to the high blood pressure created by sentiments like this (a total misreading of jihad, it is MOST CERTAINLY NOT a perversion or distortion but an essential element in orthodox theology and the history),
goto jihadwatch.org for a rather more balanced analysis.

cue the song “in the court of the crimson king” as your sacred “society” collapses into a germ warfare wasteland, sound apocalyptic enough for you? Aren’t we already under level 6 bio threat? Boy our social leaders must love us so much that they want to “hive” you into the loving vaccines and they want to spread the love throughout the world!

My country isn’t perfect... but it’s the best of what’s available on this planet. Take your crap to whatever country suits you better. Good bye (since I have a three post limit with the mentally unbalanced).

Oh come on now, if it were not for folks like me liberals wouldn’t be out buying ammunition and waking up to all this Obama corruption, nothing can be perfect, no one person or country can be the end all be all, that appears just as extreme as the muslim extremists extolling their one true “faith” or “country” as the best way and worth slaughtering people that are infidels to the one true faith of country that represents the truth. The idea of good vs. evil made it possible for this notion. Hitler was a promoter of the “best” country on earth too, remember? So was Stalin, Mao and on and on.

We need monetary control and to get ahold of fractional reserve banking, these issues of who maybe has the “best” place in the world are just distractions from Mel Watt and his attempt to block an audit of the federal reserve.

Obama thinks we have the best country as well, he also wants to control it and ruin it so he can claim he saved it from Bush. yOU are probably right that we have a decent living here compared to most, but at what cost to future generations? Who will pay for these keynesian “put it on the tab” cause we’ll be dead when the bill comes due thinking? I see a collapse against the bad faith of the government, would you loan money to a person that already owes tens of thousands of dollars?

Our government reflects upon the people for not chucking the fraudsters out of office and in fact for electing Obama and Bush, they have spent like drunken sailors, I guess we want the rest of the world to think of us as snake oil salesmen too? What good will that do for capitalism? Bush did more to ruin people’s or a generations thought of capitalism than anyone I can think of, then Obama comes along and says “me too”, let me force everyone to go along with my welfare garrison state too, it maybe only fair, look to Bush’s warfare state, etc. Welfare “queens” from the left and right, still no true conservatives in their to clean out the socialists hiding in both parties.

After the billionth murder by jihadists, they’ll still be telling us that it has nothing to do with Islam.

The truth is that it proves that Islam encourages violence. What do we call a jihadist student of the Koran: ....

...a good reader

Home has been where the AF sends me for the past 23 years - every place has its good points (and bad.) The main disavantages of the northeast are:

Prices
Looney politicians
traffic
winter

Disadvantages of my current location:

Dust from the farms
Fine dining = Applebee’s
Shopping = WalMart

But I can’t complain about the 3-minute commute to work. (Seven minutes if I have to walk.)

The Courant staff ranks with the faculty of Harvard in the Buckley “people I would want to govern me” test - well below the first 400 names in the Boston phone book. I really don’t have any problem with the sweeping generalizations, especially if the give me the opportunity to give someone a hard time (in a good-natured way.)

Typical liberal who calls anybody who opposes muslim terrorists “ignorant”. The comments section is interesting, where she argues with everybody who dares to criticize her and (naturally) attacks the Bible.

The Loser-Liberal is picking and choosing which comments to publish!

I said something to the effect of... so the fact that the guy was a Muslim and was yelling “Allahu Akbar” while firing on the soldiers means it had nothing to do with religion?

I said a couple of other things and also didn’t even call any names (although, that was tough!), but the LOSER didn’t post it!

I wonder what her article would have been if the guy was a born-again Christian, yelling “Praise The Lord”?

Soldiers reported that the gunman shouted "Allahu Akbar!"

The gunman brought his religion into it.

Everyone else is perfectly free to note that fact.

There are, in fact, better and worse foundations for nations.

The United States Constitution is the premier example of the “better” category.

It will take a cataclysm to shake this notion from the narcotic haze of anti-white, anti-Christian, anti-male revisionism.

The Right has done very little to stand up for Caucasians or men, instead allowing both to be defined as 'an oppressor class' by the feminist left.

Really are you ignoring the fact that the Constitution has been shredded? Do you think the leaders and business moguls care about screwing over the people and their precious constitution?
try these on for instance if you think the constitution will be there to hold our hands and pat us on the shoulder...

Suzie the liberal mush-head would be screaming for jihad against honkies if the shooter were a KKK member. When God told her to tie her shoes before leaving heaven and heading to Earth, Suzie thought He said “Take a snooze” and still hasn’t woke up.

How many nanoseconds would there be between the time a white shooter shouted “n*r” at an MLK rally before he opened fire and the left painting all conservatives as violent racists?
