In 2008 election there were big changes in the House of Representatives, which has gone from 235 Democratic seats, 199 Republican seats in 2006, and one vacancy to 254 Democratic seats, 173 Republican seats, and with eight seats still undecided. What will it look like in 2010?

At first glance, it appears every one of those senators should be replaced. Brownback (KS) is running for governor, so he’s out. Hopefully we’ll have a good alternative to vote for, in his place.

The problem with NY-23 is how the candidates were selected. And yes, Gingrich made a mistake....and provided yet another very good reason (as if we needed more) why he unfit for any elected office.

Let's just keep him as an author and "talking head"...then we can not buy or turn him off as the situation warrants.

As to NY-23...the seat comes up for re-election in 2010; hopefully the voters will redress the mistake they've made.

What these Republican candidates should do, starting right now, is to promise to repeal any healthcare/cap & trade bills passed by this Congress. Of course they won’t because they’d rather take a chance on us getting stuck with this mess and let it pass so they have a bigger issue. IMHO

Arizona - AZ John McCain Republican
For starters you can work with the GOP to pick the best candidate to defeat McCain in the primary. http://www.azgop.org/

Here’s hoping the fine folks in California finally vote out Howard Berman.

My favorite US House candidate in Wisconsin:

www.krsieanforcongress.com

CONSTITUTION UNCHAINED THEME
ELEMENT 1:
Partnership - Constituents and representative are an inseparable team
*Be vocal
*Be active
*Be persevering
*Be BOLD
*Be a Constitution Party candidate!

ELEMENT 2:
Authentic Representation - The Representatives MAIN job!
*I will read the Bills before us or vote to reject
*I will only represent the views of my constituents, not those of special interests or lobbyists.
*I will personally read all letters and email! Its MY job to listen to my constituents.
*I will personally listen to all messages.
*I will personally reply to as many letters and emails as possible and seek to minimize form letters (I hate them!)
*I will conduct county tours and meetings whenever I am home. Unlike some congressional cowards, I want to hear from you!
*I will write my own speeches. I assure you that what I say comes from me, not a hired speech writer.

ELEMENT 3:
Legislative Avalanche!

Stop the pendulum...
*Eliminate bill riders and unrelated amendments
*Simplify bill structure and prohibit inter-bill references
*Limit staff size for representatives to two or three at most

Reverse the pendulum...
*Sponsor at least two bills per month to slash federal government to size and influence
*Elminate Dept of Education, IRS, FEMA, ACORN, IAF, and involvement with the UN
*Work with states to shift control back to them
