I know that Debbie has had a tough life and I’m glad she survived her bout with breast cancer, but every time I see her on TV talking, I’m amazed at how much she looks and sounds like a guy in drag. Her facial structure, her manerisms, her voice say” I’m a man baby.” Next time you see her look at this and you’ll agree with me. I hope ‘she’ isn’t playing a big joke on everyone.

If someone commits violence against me because of some protected status am I any less injured because of a new law?

You’re welcome...but as far as I can remember, the Original Intent of the Founders was to keep the crime-fighting powers of gov’t @ the STATE level, NOT the federal level. The fedgov has no legal authority to be involved in fighting crime, w/ the exception of those few that are specifically written in the Constitution..
Again, you are correct. The States created the federal government, not vice versa.
