Dallas, TX (LifeNews.com) -- The late-term abortion practitioner at the new abortion center in Dallas has admitted in a shocking interview that he kills unborn children during abortions. Curtis Boyd is one of the few abortion practitioners to admit what he is doing, but he has no qualms with his job.
Boyd opened the first abortion center in Dallas in 1973 after the Supreme Court handed down the roe v. Wade decision allowing virtually unlimited abortions.
In an interview with WFAA yesterday after news surfaced that he re-opened his late-term abortion center, Southwestern Women's Surgery Center, in the huge metro area last week after more than a year following the closure of the Aaron's abortion facility, he makes a startling admission.
"Am I killing?" Boyd said. "Yes, I am. I know that."
He told WFAA that he is a former Baptist ordained minister who is now a part of the pro-abortion Unitarian Universalist church who says he prays often about the abortions he does.
"I'll ask that the spirit of this pregnancy be returned to God with love and understanding," he said.
Boyd must operate an ambulatory surgical center in order to qualify under state law to do abortions after 16 weeks of pregnancy and he says women from across the south central United States come to him for late-term abortions.
"We see patients from Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and across Texas," he said.
"The hardest ones are the young girls," he added, saying that girls as young as 9 and 10 years of age have been to his center for abortions.
Boyd says he was a close friend of George Tiller, the late-term abortion practitioner who was shot and killed at his church earlier this year -- allegedly by militia activist Scott Roeder, who is not affiliated with any pro-life groups.
He says he takes precautions such as keeping his address and phone number private but isn't afraid of doing abortions.
"I don't want the fate that befell Dr. Tiller, but I'm not going to be deterred because what I'm doing is important," he said.

Prayer to End Abortion
Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life,
And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion,
Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death
by the Resurrection of Your Son.
I am ready to do my part in ending abortion.
Today I commit myself
Never to be silent,
Never to be passive,
Never to be forgetful of the unborn.
I commit myself to be active in the pro-life movement,
And never to stop defending life
Until all my brothers and sisters are protected,
And our nation once again becomes
A nation with liberty and justice
Not just for some, but for all.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen!

That’s all Susan Atkins would have had to say to escape prison for stabbing pregnant Sharon Tate???
Sick.
Reminds me of Hillary Clinton’s OB-GYN who says “he cancels human souls”.

You know, a lot of Nazis thought what they were doing was ‘noble’ as well.
This man must have evil in him or be a complete sociopath. He can SAY it bothers him because that’s what society expects him to say, but it doesn’t deter him. So ignore what he says.

There is NO SIN that cannot be forgiven, but once you die it's too late. We should all pray as hard as we can for this man to repent, receive forgiveness, and turn his life over to the Lord Jesus. Let's leave the condemning to God.
Every single one of us deserves hell. Good people don't go to heaven because there aren't any. Forgiven sinners go to heaven.

Better to be dead than live in a world where men have the license to murder infants and where 9 year old mommies go in to get their babies killed. There is truly NOTHING to be thankful for this Thanksgiving season. Only the gift of an approaching death is worthy of gratitude. Be thankful that soon, and likely very soon, there will be a new world order. Not the one the new agers envision but one that Jesus Christ rules over. This planet is near the end of it's horrific suffering and soon all will be as it should be. It will not come, though, without a short time of terrible trouble as judgment falls upon the wicked of the world.
If you believe in Christ Jesus all of your sins are washed away by His blood, shed for the payment of all mankind's sins. The perfect justice of Almighty God required the price be paid and Jesus paid it with His life. All that we can do to escape this wicked generation is come to Him with our own sin and guilt and exchange it for His righteousness and eternal life. We can then pray, believe and work for others who we love and care about, that they too will find eternal life and Christ's own righteousness in place of their sin and shame.
With new life from above, peace and a knowing of God's love you can then have a Happy Thanksgiving, one that only The LORD God can give you. Also, there is the knowledge that the innocent babies and children that die at the hand of wicked and self consumed people are brought into the presence of The Heavenly Father who loves them and cares for them forever. My prayers are with you.

1. The tide is turning toward life, you know. There was a survey awhile back that said that slightly over half of Americans now identify as pro-life. Also, there are only a tiny handful of practitioners now who do late-term abortions, and the number of abortion clinics is slowly dropping. The 3d ultrasound machines are changing hearts, as people see who’s really in the womb. And more people are publicly acknowledging the post-abortion grief that women experience, rather than ignoring it. Also, even some pro-choice people are beginning to admit that at least sex-selection abortions are objectionable.
2. Don’t let these horrible people suck the vitality out of you, too. They don’t deserve to wield that power over you. Don’t let them. Keep facing forward with hope. If we dare to believe that life’s problems can be overcome by better means than what the abortionists provide, and we act on that faith, we stand a good chance of discouraging the bad guys and making them give up— not us.
3. As to 9 year-olds having babies. There are still thousands upon thousands of very wonderful and un-abused children in America. And there are millions of men who have never done anything close to impregnating a nine-year-old. There are actually a lot of good dads, coaches, big brothers and neighbors out there. I notice that when I Freep too much, I start getting too caught up with the horrors of the world. A little perspective us good. Go look at the thread that has the pictures of state parks in MT.

Many Americans are unaware of disturbing similiarities between todays times and those of the 1930s. I refer to when the federal Government started printing money to stimulate the economy, which resulted in massive unemployment, inflation, bread lines and desperation. They too elected a leader who promised hope and change. It eventually led to socialists being overwhelmingly elected. They too acted quickly to transfer the sovereign rights of the municipalities, districts, and states to the central Government. Then that very same government went on to centralize the financial institutions, the auto industry, healthcare, and corporate entities. No, I`m not speaking of the United states of America, but of Germany, yet surprising enough,am I not speaking of the United States right now? We must not forget the lessons of the past,or we are doomed to repeat them. However, dozens of our representatives are now choosing to ignore their own constituents concerning everything from Government spending to nationalizing Healthcare. We the people of the United States must not make the same greivious mistakes as the German people of yesteryear. Somehow our representatives seem to have forgotten that they work for us and not us for them.We will soon have the opportunity to remind them of this. If we fail to do so,we may just lose more rights. George c. Harvey

Thanks for the ping WKB. Here is something I found on the web about the "doctor reverend" Curtis Boyd.
http://www.forerunner.com/champion/X0002_Abortion_Sacrament.html
When Abortion Is a Sacrament
Published April 2008 The lights were low, and Native American flute music played softly. A counselor held the woman's hand, whispering words of comfort as she began to surface from a guided meditation. Then the doctor showed the woman a covered silver bowl that held the tiny remains of her six-week pregnancy. She curled her fingers around his, and her face, now damp with tears, softened as he began their ceremony of letting go.
“We ask your blessing, in the name of love,” Curtis Boyd, M D, began softly. Before becoming a doctor, Boyd was a foot-washing Baptist minister in rural East Texas. He left the fold but took with him an abiding faith in the power of ceremony to heal, honor, and comfort.
“Women because of what they are bombarded with in the media and by anti-abortion groups get the message that what they are doing is wrong and that they are bad people,” Boyd says, “A ceremony says the woman is a good and caring person who made the best decision she could under difficult circumstances. It also gives her a way to honor the fetus to be aware of her grief and to express her loss.”
In the nearly eight years I worked as a counselor and medical assistant at Boyd's clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I witnessed many ceremonies. Some were for couples whose fetuses had died or had medical anomalies. Others were for women who, for whatever reason, knew that it was not the nighttime to bring a child into their world and sought a way to make peace with that decision.
Each blessing ritual was individually designed. One Buddhist couple set up an altar, complete with incense, candles, and rice cakes. Native American women sometimes brought corn meal for sprinkling during their blessings. Boyd has since retired from performing surgery, but he and his wife and partner, psychologist Glenna Halvorson-Boyd, still guide the work done at her Albuquerque and Dallas clinics. All patients have an opportunity to perform their own rituals or to create new ceremonies with the help of counselors.
This particular afternoon, in the soft light of the surgery room, Boyd concluded the ceremony with a prayer: “We ask that you honor this woman's courage and bless her and her family as they move forward in their lives.”
PATRICIA O'CONNOR
New Age, March/April, 1998, p. 17
So if it makes the woman feel better about killing her baby, this so called doctor is happy to preform any mock religious ceremony she wants.
I also found this article in which Boyd admits to doing thousands of illegal abortions in the 60's with a network of ministers supplying referrals.
What other kind of doctor in this country can openly admit to doing illegal procedures without loosing his license?
This is one sick evil man.

It's important not to confuse the consequences of man's choices with what is God's will. They are frequently in conflict, but God is not a micro-managing dictator.
