Being a Latino in the USofA is confusing to the under-educated Mexican-Indian who speaks Spanish as a second language. They are at the mercy of the “wise Latina women” for their information about the USofA. If a lie gets passed around [with the sole intent of keeping the Illegals at the mercy of the Latinas/Latinos], because they are so under-educated, they believe the Latino Leaders. And it’s to the Latino Leader’s benefit if the Mexican-Indian remains ignorant.
SO, who’s divisive?
It’s not those old white men who wrote the US Constitution and those who adhere to it.
Just as with 0bama being divisive, MANY [but not all] La Raza Latinos are more divisive than even 0bama.
I can say that because I worked for Medicaid and took applications for “emergency medical assistance” for Illegal Aliens to pay their hospital bills for the births of their babies. I’ve heard the stories from the people coming in to “translate” for them. Many of those I saw were from extremely poor areas of Mexico. The men maybe had a first grade education. The women, usually had no education. Mayan or another Indian dialect was their first language and although they could understand SOME Spanish, they did not read or write it. All those pretty applications in Spanish were as confusing as the ones in English.
The USofA needs to follow the lead of Hoover, Truman and Eisenhower and deport ALL illegal Aliens and then build the fence and get a handle on Immigration. We need rules similar to Canada’s or Mexico’s.
I’m thinking of what happened in Quebec in the ‘60s. Canada managed to enjoy some unity so long as the province was strongly Catholic. Quebec and Ontario got along on a live and let live basis. Then the Francophone fanatics took over and virtually banned English. The rest is history. I can see the same thing happening in California and other border states.
You have got it right about the La Raza types. They are power hungry. And right about Los Indios. I speak better Spanish than some of them do. So they are inarticulate in two languages. Easily led around by the noses, whether “Jefe” is Latino/Anglo
Then they reproduce like flies; spawning more children who burden out schools with apathy. Contribute nothing, yet consume a substancial amount of our social services.

They are being used by everyone for cheap labor and malleable “votes”. One day that will end.
It is in the best interests of everyone, (the country and themselves) if they assimilate into American culture and society and start to climb the economic ladder, imho.
What’s an “Anglo”?
technically, an Anglo is a person from England. To call all white people Anglos is like you calling all brown prople Mexican. It is racist and hateful, but they are allowed to do that. You are not allowed.
I just got this book and am looking forward to reading it. I like these “what if” scenario books.
