Gore denies being a carbon billionaire, hits back at critics

London, Nov 4 : Former US Vice President Al Gore has hit back at his critics who have described him as the world’s first carbon billionaire following his investments in green energy companies, and dismissed them as global-warming deniers.

Defending his business activities on ABC TV, Gore denied he was on the way to becoming a carbon billionaire.

“I am proud to have put my money where my mouth is for the past 30 years. And though that is not the majority of my business activities, I absolutely believe in investing in accordance with my beliefs and my values,” he said.

Gore has become a powerful advocate of government policies to limit carbon dioxide emissions since leaving office in 2001.

Yes, you are. You need ample carbon credits to offset carbon violation from lighting up your mansion all night and maintaining your nice swimming pool, for starters.

How does a man with no ability, who inherited his political position from his crooked father, and would fail a McDonald’s employee test “hit back”?

You have only two choices to find someone more stupid:

Choice 1: Go to the US capitol and pick any other senator or representative.
Choice 2: Go to the White House and pick any resident president.

I am proud to have put my money where my mouth is for the past 30 years.

Isn't that special, Al? Money carries a lot of germs and you have become infected with the diseases of greed and corruption.

“I am proud to have put my money where my mouth is for the past 30 years."

SO: He's saying he was investing in "green" companies while he was in office, and in a position to influence the fortunes of those companies???

Isn't there a law against that?

You're wrong unless becoming one of the worlds most successful con artists doesn't require much ability.

According to the article, Gore recently invested in a company which now stands to rake in huge grants from the Energy Dept. Insider trading, anyone?

Interesting that it takes a newspaper in India to dig up this stuff.

Best of luck.

Gore and his ilk have milked this one good. Obama's folks I thought were for more "green" energy. I haven't seen a shred of evidence for that. There's no such thing as "global warming". Gore is laughing all the way to the Bank.

Al has learned how to fool the stupid, gullible people in the world. He has learned that a lot of them call themselves “journalists.” He has figured out how to get the stupid people to give him their money. And he is hoping for the mother lode if he can just persuade enough idiots in Congress to pass Cap and Trade.

Meanwhile, he will just have to scrape by with the $100 million or so that he has received from selling propaganda films, books, and speaking engagements. What a country.

Didn’t he go from net worth of $2,000,000 in 2001 to $1,000,000,000 today?

(That’s one thousand MILLION dollars !!!)

Gee, I wonder how he did that?

Maybe like Hillary, “... just read the Wall Street Journal everyday”.

Well, actually she didn’t, that turned out to be a lie too, like everything else both of these charlatans have ever said.......

I just got my copy of “Costco Connection,” today. Its the quarterly magazine Costco sends out to its members.

Guess who covers the front with the issue’s lead story? Why none other than BEARPIGMAN Al Whore...looking all snobby, pious, all-knowing and telling us to “rethink energy.” Translation: learn to live with less energy, higher regulation and taxation. I have emailed Costco to let them know how thoroughly “displeased” and OFFENDED they have chosen to endorse this THIEVING, LYING, SCUMBAG GLOBALIST on the cover of their member magazine.
