NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A killer out on parole has been charged with killing again. Tommy Page was convicted of the murder of a man in Nashville in 1995 and was on parole after serving part of an 18-year sentence. He's been arrested and charged with the March 4 shooting of Wayne Moore at an apartment on Litton Avenue. Metro police said Page and Stephen Lowery killed Moore during a dispute over a debt.
You really have to laugh at our criminal justice system, its so busted and broken its almost like a really bad Monty Python skit...
Gotta make room for those pot dealers doncha know.
I’m so disgusted with our legal system I don’t even know what to say.
i know, i know. save it.
he only got an 18-year sentence, and then only served part of it? ughhh....
Isn’t it amazing these Progressives (a.k.a. Liberals) will work so hard for the right to kill unborn babies and then work just as hard to keep murderers like this and terrorist alive?
Yes, it is, and they feel so noble for having done it!
Fixed it...

Nashville Justice System.
Fixed it...
Tell ya what... Lets meet in the middle. Hang ‘em all! (and toss in AlGore while you’re at it. This is in Tennessee after all!)
I miss the wild west....arrest them, trial by jury, find them guilty, and hang them....all in one day......aaaahh those were the days!
There is no recidivism after the death penalty.
The man he killed in 1995 was my uncle. That time was also over a debt, supposedly. My uncle said he didn’t owe him anything according to witnesses, but who really knows. My uncle didn’t run with the best crowd and was certainly no saint. That said, my mother and I went to parole hearings every couple of years until he was finally released on parole after maybe 7 or so years. We were told by the victim’s advocacy group that the only reason he stayed in as long as he did was the fact that we kept showing up and speaking to the board about how he didn’t deserve another chance. Also, at the time he was prosecuted for my uncle’s death the prosecutor told my mom they were certain he was guilty of another murder but a technicality kept them from getting a conviction.
