IF MITT COULD RUN AND WIN AS A TRANSGENDERED HISPANIC WOMAN, HE WOULD BE HAVING THE SURGERY RIGHT NOW!

McCain already tried that in the last election. Romney needs a new shtick. Alien overlord maybe?

"Romney, smartly it turned out, stayed out of the fray. But Pawlenty, after Sarah Palin endorsed Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman, jumped on his bandwagon."

That pretty much says it all about him!! How brave of him not to endorse a Conservative!!

He also said " “My hope is that, after this election, it will be the moderates of both parties who will control the Senate..."

It will be a cold day in h*** before I ever pull the lever for this man.

The media will prop up Romney and once he gets the nomination start the “wierd cult religion” smear campaign.

The media loved McCain, once he got the nomination he was the psycho POW hell bent on destroying the world.

The media is nothing but predictable. Smearing Palin and conservatives and bucking up GOP “Mavericks”. Once they get the “Maverick” to win the GOP Nomination for President he becomes dumb, creepy, scary, etc.

Nixon - Creepy, scary

Goldwater - SCARY, creepy

Nixon - Creepy, scary

Ford - DUMB

Reagan - SCARY, dumb

Bush 1- Creepy

Dole - Creepy, dumb

Bush 2 - DUMB, scary

McCain - Creepy, scary

Based on this complex scientific model of the Media, here are the candidates for 2012 and if the nominee how they will be portrayed.

Palin - DUMB, DUMB, SCARY, Scary dumb

Romney - Scary, creepy, Mormon

Huckabee - Creepy, scary, Christian SCARY ( which makes him dumb)

Jindal - CREEPY, scary

You can use this simple tool for any GOP candidate. Boiled down to the essence of the liberal mind, anyone in the GOP is either dumb, creepy, or downright scary! Or a combination of both.

You forgot that, the minute Dole got the nomination, he was suddenly too old.

Rino Mitt will be “smartly” abandoned by a great many conservatives in 2010.

Mark my words: Romney will buy the 2012 GOP presidential nomination.

You are probably right, sadly.

It's all about Mitt Romney's ego, not about what would be good for our nation. He'll buy the nomination and lose in a spectacular fashion to Obama, who will then say that he has a mandate for his second term.

This is a game to Romney, a way to stoke his ego. It's just another thing to check off his list of "stuff to do". It has nothing to do with what's good for America or what advances conservatism (ha! as if he cares). It's not even about what's good for the GOP - if he has to, he'll gladly throw the GOP under the bus to advance himself.

It's all about what's good for Mitt Romney.

Frankly, everyone including Palin and Gingrich should have stayed the hell out of NY 23. It was just one congressional race best left to the locals.

Sarah Palin isn't my favorite for 2012, but at least she did her best to support the conservative candidate. She did the ethically correct thing for which she should be thanked.

Even Newt Gingrich, whose action any decent conservative is diametrically opposed to, took a chance and committed to something.

Mitt Romney committed to nothing. He risked nothing. He is a coward of the worst kind.

I think Romney did show good judgment in staying the hell out.

Romney didn't "stay the hell out". He did nothing until it was completely safe to do so. At the last minute, he sent a donation to Hoffman (^).

See the difference?

Mitt Romney's inaction reminds me a great deal of President Obama's inaction in Afghanistan. Unwilling to do anything, paralyzed with fear, unable to commit to doing anything. In Obama we can see what a Romney presidency would look like.

Mark mine. I'll never vote for Romney for any office.

_________

I put old into the “creepy” category, along with not being “hip”, just to keep it at the basic 3 dumb, creepy and scary.

Anything else is a variation, religious means scary or dumb, un-hip can be creepy or scary, etc.

What about the sheer “bravery” and the nation saving “courageousness” Mitt exemplified by endorsing Bob McDonnell last Wednesday when McDonnell was clinging to just an 18 point lead? I mean gosh, Carl Cameron breathlessly reported that the McDonnell campaign was “bringing in the big guns of the GOP” with Romney’s crucial endorsement.
