The White House offered no commentary about the list, except to clarify that visitors by the names of William Ayers and Jeremiah Wright were not the same two men who stirred controversy for Mr. Obama in his campaign.

So the White House is not required to offer any more explanation than that??? I guess their word is good enough for the New York Slimes.

Is anybody (other than maybe Glenn Beck) tracking down these completely unknown visitors with such infamous names, to ask them how their White House visits went.

You are right, thanks for posting the links from Friday on. My problem with the previous posts is that there is no discussion of Angela Davis:

Davis ran for Vice President on the Communist ticket in 1980 and 1984, along with Gus Hall.

The shotgun used to kill Superior Court Judge Harold Haley was bought by Davis. The California warrant issued for Davis charged her as an accomplice to conspiracy, kidnapping, and homicide. On August 18, 1970, Davis appeared on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List. Davis fled California and evaded the police for more than two months before being captured in New York City.

Davis is easily the most radical and unrepentent traitor on the list and it is a national disgrace to have her a guest at the White House.
