He and Thadeus McCotter are my adopted congressman. Mine is a DEM. I figure if I have to adopt why not have two.
Indeed, ALL American voters at the very minimum need to hear what Cong. Rogers says about the gov’t being given authority to ‘dis-enroll individuals and companies’ from private healthcare programs when the gov’t takes control over the healthcare industry as they are planning with this planned bill, as actually written into the bill.

Americans can easily understand their clear language particularly against a backdrop of liberal obfuscation and heavy-handed pressure to hurry up and pass legislation that hasn't even been read by ANYONE.
Just the other day, I watched on TV (I can't remember where--probably Fox) as a commentator asked a proponent of Obamacare what specifically in the bill he liked and why the hurry. The response at first was an empty stare (as in "oh sh!t")...and that was followed by an incomprehensible mishmash in which the ONLY words with meaning seemed to be "we must take care of the less fortunate."
When the commentator said, "yes, but how does this bill do that"...the person receiving the question simply changed the subject.
IMO, this Obamacare debate is custom made for conservatives. It simply is impossible to defend!
Their disconnected language and behavior is reminiscent of the way Alzheimer's affects a person in the early stages. I witnessed the effect of Alzheimer's up close (my grandmother who lived with my family had it) and can remember all kinds of irrational behavior.
For example, an Alzheimer's sufferer might want to call their lawyer to buy bathroom cleanser...or they might want hire someone to pick the alligators growing in trees in the rear yard. And, in my case, my grandmother was always trying to get the family to rush to get something accomplished, but she couldn't remember what it was that needed accomplishing.
You see my point.
The Liberals in Congress have an agenda that is either completely irrational OR its rationale is hidden from public view.
Either way, it should be easy for conservatives to win this battle if they persistently speak with clear, concise language about the irrationality of the liberals.
The fact that there has been a delayed reaction on the part of the conservatives makes perfect sense to me. Like the rest of us, they looked at the liberals with slack-jawed disbelief as the liberals described their plans in language which seems straight out of a psych ward.
It is my sincere hope that the delay has ended...and that the conservatives are ready for battle against the loony left.
There will never be a better opportunity or a better time.
You may have put your finger on the deeper, unspoken, perhaps even unconscious reason why American Mothers are awakening to oppose the commie agenda of obama whoredom. They instinctively catch the message even though it’s babbled and droned incoherently to the rest of US. And the phenomenon of awakening Mothers is not racially or economically defined, just it’s Mother getting pissed now at Barry’s commie agenda because it is taking away the future of these Mothers’ children!
