THE VILLAGES The most-famous hockey mom in American politics is about to release her political memoir and her book tour will bring her to
The Villages on Nov. 24.
The second female in American history to be selected as a vice presidential running mate will hold a book signing beginning at 4 p.m. Nov. 24 at Barnes & Noble at Lake Sumter Landing.
Palins memoir Going Rogue: An American Life is being published on Nov. 17.
I am sure there will be a big crowd, said The Villages Barnes & Noble manager Cheyenne Coon, who added that those interested in the Palin book can pre-order it at the store.
More details about the Palin book signing will be announced in the Daily Sun in the days ahead.

The tour needs to go to all the scenes of her biggest and best rallies of the 2008 campaign. And reward the local media with generous interviews while ignoring the SRM nets.

My parents live there. It is a growing golf community in central Florida. Politically, these guys are VERY conservative. My mom stood around a couple of hours to hear Palin speak during the election. McCain went there as did Romney.

I think there needs to be a RULE on FR, no one posts anything without identify UPFRONT in which state the news is about. I get tired of floundering around trying to find the location. Please all, help us, it is an easy solution.

My parents live there, too. They just moved into “Freedom Point,” the high-rise, multi-services condo building.
