LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A body has been discovered underneath a bridge in Logan County.

The county's EMS director says emergency crews have been out all night looking for a 56-year-old man who lived at a local nursing home. The man went missing around 10:30 p.m. Monday night.

Right now, crews are trying to identify the body that was found in the river underneath the Middleburg Island Bridge, but they do believe this is all connected.

Family members tell WSAZ.com Charles "David" Milon, 56, of Logan County, went missing from the Logan Center late last night and they believe his body was found Tuesday morning.

The Logan Center is part of Genesis Healthcare Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Emergency crews tell WSAZ.com the Milon suffered a head injury and was at the nursing home for rehab.

No other details are being released at this time.

The Logan Center is expected to release a statement later this afternoon

I don't know if the center was just stupid, lazy, or this is a case of neglect. I do know this is very sad.

BTW...It is a Genesis facility....most say it does not have a good reputation.....what is the FReeper opinion? Prayers for the family.
